Tropical Seas Hotel

We stayed at Tropical Seas the previous two years during Fall Bike Week.The staff was nice and accommodating, as we would haul our motorcycle on a trailer and we could park the vehicle and trailer in the overflow parking, with no issues. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we had to cancel when we arrived to check in. The clerk at the front desk told us we couldn't have our trailer, and could only keep either our vehicle or motorcycle at the location. When we notified her we always had parked our vehicle and trailer in the overflow parking area in previous years, the manager came out and stated she didn't know who approved it before because she was the manager and she didn't approve it. She was very rude and walked off without even trying to help us out until we found something else. The parking lot was mostly empty and definitely no overflow parking at check in time, but they were not willing to even try to accommodate us at least for the night. Bad customer service, especially for a manager in hospitality.

Close to beach Well upon arrival went to unlock the room and was locked from inside went back to front desk to tell them someone was in the room and she said what do you mean I told her the door was locked from inside so she called maintenance and he was in there watching the Braves game he then exited the room and don’t tell me he was doing maintenance in there because the tv was on in the room when we returned to go in and why would you lock the door.

The room was clean and decent. The staff was great. I loved the location but I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel its self was pretty nasty.

Everything was just as described in the listing, and everything was terrific considering the low cost of having an ocean front unit, thanks to everyone that made the experience enjoyable!

The staff was so nice and friendly. We stayed at an oceanfront room and it was a nice view. Very close to the beach and right next to it was a public parking. The room was clean and had no smells. We had a small kitchenette set which was nice. I enjoyed my stay and I would come back a second time. They have two outdoor pools as well as a jacuzzi.

I paid extra for ocean view room and they tried to stick us on the first floor but you couldn’t see the ocean. Then had to pay extra for another room. They are on the beach but don’t provide beach chairs. Very disappointed.

Was a great stay. Will definitely be booking another stay at this resort.

Great staff, clean rooms with excellent view.

Friendly staff, a clean and cozy room, and convenient parking. Upon check-in, they accommodated our request for a room on the third floor or lower. The beach was clean, and we really enjoyed the fishing. There are two clean pools and a Jacuzzi with an ocean view. We would happily recommend visiting this place.
