Quiet, very close to the beach, hotel staff. Finding out that Booking set us up with a third party (Capital Vacation) and for that reason we were told that we get no cleaning. We had to wash their towels and wash clothes and empty our own trash. Bathrooms (Master) is in desperate need recaulking around the tub. Hard surface floors were real dirty.

Beach front I think I should of got some money back wasn’t worth 1,130 to many problems in our room so much things needed fixing had to keep calling maintenance then 2 times they never showed up also issues with breakfast and favoritism

Location, pool, lazy river and view from condo Stove and sofas needed to be updated also need a way to rinse sand off on outside off building that’s not in pool area

Location is great! Room was great! Clean. Staff was friendly. MY only issue was come time to leave on Sunday morning only 1 elevator was working. Waited for 20 minutes and about 12 times of the one elevator going up and down till I could finally get on with my luggage cart.

Inside pool was down room was half clean chairs had stains. on the curtains dirty food behind curtains Dog hair everywhere shit stains on carpet. Stove broken oven rubber peace in oven Charge me all that money for that nasty ass room

Outside pool. Staff (Jackie) I didnt like how short my stay was. Next time Ill be sure to book for multiple weeks!

Location We could not use the balcony. There was a pipe in the sliding glass door on the outside so if there had been a fire we couldn’t have gotten out. Could not use the indoor swimming pool either. We left after one night.

It was on the beach Parking garage is really small room was not clean we checked in April 15-19 we didn’t have any room service our whole stay and no I did not have the sign up saying don’t not disturb… and let’s not forget roaches

They were working on property and no cold water could not take bath because water so hot. No cold water. Didn’t get a discount because of water problem

Indoor pool and lazy river was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Could not watch NetFlix on the TVs.
