Overall, good experience. Lots of room with two bedroom, but could have been better quality.

Beach view was amazing! Really enjoyed our time here!

Rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are renovating the pools on Tower 1, but even with that the remaining pools were nice with plenty of room for everyone and the beach was great.

We had a great stay at Bay Watch Resort! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and everyone in our family enjoyed the pools and beach access. Overall, it was a relaxing trip and a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in staff should be more informative about the amenities.

All in all staff was rude

We loved the hotel and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. The only negatives were the water pressure in the shower and amount of washcloths we received. We got 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 2 washcloths. 😞

Just a few small notes, the washer/dryer was out of order in our condo which would have been nice to know prior to staying. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay, it would be helpful to know in advance. Also, the stove light was on saying “service unit.” This isn’t really good either for those staying longer because I wouldn’t trust using it.

I want to start out by saying the staff were very nice and friendly. Overall we had a decent time there. The surrounding area also felt relatively safe at night. However, the place has seen better days, and the rooms are in need of renovations. Our room was relatively clean, but there were noticeable signs of wear. Also, the room we received was not the room pictured when we reserved our stay, so some rooms may be better than others. Our room had noticeable rust stains on side of refrigerator and metal fixtures. The couch's pullout mattress was very worn out. The indoor and outdoor pools on our side of the tower were out, but we were able to swim in the other pools.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. Some staff were very helpful and other staff were rude when questions were asked. The beach view was amazing and the pools were clean.

The pool was not functional on one side. The bedroom had mold, and it had water. Damage was dirty, was not clean whatsoever. There was outlets coming out of the wall. The floor was wet in the bedroom. The couch was nasty and damp. The beds were damp was not a very good experience whatsoever would not recommend anyone staying in. Room number 607. The floors were coming up or it had water damage and they had cheap floors down laminate floors where it had looked like it had someone flooded the room probably one of the worst places that I have stayed the rest of it look nice other than the pool being out and that room that we got was horrible.

So while we were staying a pool and hot tub were down and there was only one area left. The room was clean minus some hair left on the bathroom sink. I thought we were getting an ocean view room but that was my own fault for not double checking prior to booking. The staff are all excellent and will do anything to help you out!

The room was personally owned by. It was outdated. It had no USB plugs in the room and no telephone. I know it sounds unimportant to some, but I an handicapped and the room had NO cell service and I had to go out to the balcony to get service. If an Emergency happened and I couldn’t get to the balcony no one would know. Sorry for the rant, but I should have been made aware that this was a personally owned property.

As usual you get a parking card to put in your car yet they apparently do not stop people from parking in the loading/unloading spots all week. At 7am this morning there were only 2 spots to park in to be able to load our stuff. We were the only car loading up at the time. As usual as well there were no carts to be found in tower one or the main desk area.

Stay was not at all what was expected. We arrive kinda late. No worries. I asked for a high floor in my request when I booked the room, got level two. Have two kids with me, which is also noted on the reservation. Get stuck in a tower where the outdoor pool was unavailable, so the only pool left outside, was completely packed at all times. Indoor pool of our tower, again, unavailable. Indoor swimming pool, and lazy river, again, unavailable. Ask for washcloths MANY times, and were told many times, they have a shortage. How do you have a shortage in washcloths? NONE, absolutely none of these things were told to us before check in. I definitely would have picked a better resort, with available amenities (with kids) before staying here to look at an empty pool under my level two balcony. I would have also went out and bought washcloths on my own instead of having to wash with hand towels. The indoor pool in the other tower was absolutely disgusting, as there was no way you could see the bottom of the pool, it was so foggy. The outdoor hot tubs had the plastic off of the drains on the bottom, definite hazard right there! But do we get a refund, nope. Just a lousy review that the hotel will hide and no one will see.

Average accommodations. We did utilize the on-site cafe for breakfast which was a very good option!

Bed was hard. The couch was hard. The TV was quite difficult to use. Since we weren't there to watch tv I'll let it slide. The bathroom had mold in the hot tub jets. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had more hair and dust in it than my Dyson at home. One of the three pools were being renovated. Glad someone else in a few months can enjoy less people in the pool area. We decided the beach was better at this time since they were crowded. On the bright side, The beach is literally 40 feet from the pool area which is very nice. Do your self a favor and visit a local beach place and buy a chair. Chairs are 25 bucks a day. The beach was not busy and was very quiet except for a few people playing their music above a reasonable volume. Parking was very nice as well. In and out privilege was awesome. All in all it's in a great quiet location. The hotel /!condo complex needs serious updating but is serviceable for being right on the beach. I'd say stay here if you want beach and quiet.

The property itself is nice and in a good area. We won’t book through Expedia again though. They show photos of updated, beautiful condos and not the actual one you’re paying for. After we paid for the room, Vacasa (the company that manages the units) sent us the tower number and condo number with photos. It was not what Expedia shows in their photos. It looked very outdated but we decided to take a chance and still go since it was last minute. Nowhere on Expedia’s website or Vacasa’s email did it say that our tower’s indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tub was out of order. Our room was clean but falling apart. Every metal item in the condo from the headboards on the bed to the lamps and refrigerator was rusted. The bathroom sink had large chunks of contact paper peeling off the sides of the pressboard wood. The faucet was so corroded it had holes in it. There were old hotel phones in the bedroom and living room that were just laying on the floor with the cords wrapped around them. My child slept on the couch one night and closed the door between the living room and kitchen. The door handle was broken. She was trapped inside. Took my husband nearly 35 minutes to get her out using steak knives in the door handle. Maintenance came to replace it. This could have been a very dangerous situation had it been a younger child. Those wristbands they give you at check in, they are reused. They take them back and put them in same basket as the ones they hand out at check in. So gross.

Every thing was clean except mold was growing noticeably throughout our week stay which I assume being at the water that’s gonna happen
