Worst experience I've had with Expedia and staying at a resort/hotel. Borderline unlivable conditions - Expedia did nothing to help right the issues and neither did Bay Watch. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

It was a pretty decent stay. The room was good and clean. The property itself was decently clean for a beach style hotel. However, there was construction taking place which prevented us from using a lot of the amenities. The parking from the garage to the room is a bit far so you must make sure that you have everything you need before you park your car. The parking garage itself is very narrow. So you must be very careful. Cars will be speeding and it is just an accident waiting to happen. I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

I would make sure that the unit is owed by Baywatch they do not maintenance private units, my air was broken my entire stay and I was not compensated at all .

We stayed in tower 1 room 807 and it was very very outdated, the beds need to be replaced, the outer part of the tub is cracked in half, there is black mold in the bedroom, it smells of stagnant water.

A little dirty, beach was nice - rooms were nicer than the rest of the hotel

The resort was amazing. The pools indoor and out door at the tower we stayed in were being renovated so we didn’t get to experience those. Would recommend to others!

Friendly staff. We did not realize there was a pool closed on the property-that was not mentioned. Communication goes a long way, so that was disappointing. Nice room. Clean and accessible. We typically stay here, so no complaints.

The resort was crowded, especially the pool and lazy river area because one of the big outdoor pools was closed for repair. The elevators in the central building were excellent with quick and reliable service. Our unit was good with exceptional AC. We had a little difficulty with the parking deck having narrow lanes. Also, one of our group had an accident using one of the parking deck exit doors that resulted in a hairline fracture and some lacerations on a finger as a result of strong winds mostly. The ladies enjoyed the lazy river alot. The staff was courteous and efficient.

The place was wonderful. Only have one complaint and it’s a small one. The mattresses were not very comfortable but everything else was wonderful. I’d update with some pillow tops and then I’d give it 10/10!!!! Otherwise absolutely no complaints!! Amenities were awesome. Restaurants were very good. Loved looking off the balcony. Beach was right there
