Code to get into room was 10 digits and didn’t always work! Only 2 lights out of 4 in bathroom were working! It was a. average place nothing exceptional.

I've stayed at BayWatch several times. It's always clean, rooms are nice, staff is very helpful.

We had a wonderful time on this trip. The pools were so warm, the amount of pools made it never feel too crowded and the easy access to the beach was amazing. There are restaurants on the property as well as karaoke night and live bands at times. Will definitely be back soon

Great place to stay.

This was the worst place to stay, mold on ceiling in hallways, indoor lazy river closed, one of the hot tubs was closed. Outdoor bar closed. Restaurant on first floor was closed til Wednesday and when they opened the breakfast buffet, their were flies on the food

Good restaurants, pools and rooms.

When we arrived, the carpet in our room (303) was wet, as if it had just been cleaned, but it had a strong moldy smell. Because of this, we didn’t feel comfortable putting our bags on the floor or allowing our baby to crawl on the carpet, even with a blanket down. On top of that, the lazy river, one of the pools, and a hot tub were all out of service. That left only two pools available, which meant they were extremely crowded and not enjoyable. When you expect a resort to have multiple pools and amenities available, only to arrive and find that several are under construction or out of service, it’s very frustrating. The location is great, but the condition and lack of available amenities really took away from our experience.

The room was very old and needs updates. The beds and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable and the room was very dark with only a couple lamps in the main living space. The walls were also not sound proof and we could hear people next door and above/below us talking and dropping things all night. The amenities were great with awesome beach access. The parking garage is very narrow. If you’re just looking for a bed to stay at night, this is good but if you want comfort go elsewhere!

Furniture and carpet in room was old and stained.

Worst experience I've had with Expedia and staying at a resort/hotel. Borderline unlivable conditions - Expedia did nothing to help right the issues and neither did Bay Watch. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

It was a pretty decent stay. The room was good and clean. The property itself was decently clean for a beach style hotel. However, there was construction taking place which prevented us from using a lot of the amenities. The parking from the garage to the room is a bit far so you must make sure that you have everything you need before you park your car. The parking garage itself is very narrow. So you must be very careful. Cars will be speeding and it is just an accident waiting to happen. I would rate it a 3 out of 5.

I would make sure that the unit is owed by Baywatch they do not maintenance private units, my air was broken my entire stay and I was not compensated at all .

We stayed in tower 1 room 807 and it was very very outdated, the beds need to be replaced, the outer part of the tub is cracked in half, there is black mold in the bedroom, it smells of stagnant water.

A little dirty, beach was nice - rooms were nicer than the rest of the hotel

Mold and cigarettes in a non smoking, walls were dirty rusted appliances

Close to the beach and very good food room was nice. Parking was good.

The resort was amazing. The pools indoor and out door at the tower we stayed in were being renovated so we didn’t get to experience those. Would recommend to others!
