The Staff was friendly and it was clean Nothing it was great.

Everything. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and pillows wonderful. Friendly staff. Liked everything

The view was amazing. The suite set up was ideal for our family. Me-Me at the front desk was very welcoming. The Knot up the street was a fun bar. Parking was really tight.

Wonderful room and property location. My issue is with check in. After you check in, provide your card/id, they redirect you to the "concierge desk" to get your key, forcing you to be pitched on time share deals. The young man started by asking me if I had a husband!!! All I wanted was to get my key. He went on to be combative, implying I overpaid for the current trip I was on, and made it clear this was how he made his money. A horrible experience except my daughter got to witness how to handle a bully.

The big two bedroom two bathroom suite, having a balcony out of the master bedroom The office being on the 3rd floor was weird and very small pools

Like the peace and quite just sounds of the ocean when you opened the balcony door. Staff was super friendly and explained everything well

Accessibility Thermostat was confusing

The hotel and room were extremely clean and well-maintained. The pool was clean and heated, which allowed the kids to enjoy swimming even in the cooler weather. The room was excellent, and the staff was outstanding—very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay!

Friends were also on this trip so we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was welcoming from check in to check out.

Didn’t get a breakfast. We actually went for their 90 min sales twice! How stupid are we! Furniture very uncomfortable, lighting in kitchen and bath very bad. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable.

It was great. If you want a no frills resort this is the spot.

This stay was great! Super affordable, the staff was very friendly, and it was super easy to stay in touch with them when we needed help. I only have one negative, which was the tv, which came with cable and a dvd player- slightly outdated BUT we made the best of it by buying some CDs, so I’d say it was definitely worth the stay! We will definitely be coming back! The view was amazing, everything worked well, the pool and hot tubs were great too! Everything was just really great!

We stayed between the 1st and 4th of January. The location was amazing. Restaurants nearby and a quiet location away from the crowds. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was absolutely fantastic to say the least. The young lady at the front desk (goodness I forgot her name- she had short dark hair) was so sweet and welcoming. Pool was heated, and jacuzzi was nice and hot for the chilly nights. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Myrtle beach. Our stay was great and we will definitely be back soon! The only fault is in order to get to the pool area you have to go to the first floor and walk across the parking garage to get into the pool so it’s best to keep an eye out if you have little ones with you, but other than that our stay was fantastic!
