Front desk lady was helpful and friendly. Over stay could of been better. Half of the stuff in your room didnt work. Breakfast was subpar. There was ants crawling around by the waffle maker. It was different than advertised

the breakfast was great and I travel to this hotel for yrs. for starters they need to put tub mats in the bathroom before using the tub taking a shower too,I had slip in fell out of the shower and sprained my wrist.

That i couldn't get a refund i left on Monday evening due to my mother was hospitalized and couldn't ge a refund for tuseday so I gave they a free night that I paid for.

Room was clean Staff was helpful, breakfast was great in the morning. No problems with my service dog being on the property. I book online for my stay. Couldn’t get a final receipt when checking out because I booked online line. That’s what I was told by desk personnel
