It was my first time there the young man on staff was very helpful. If I come back I will keep you all in mind.

Highest price paid ever for 2 nights for way below average hotel. Horrible rip off for the quality of properties, amenities and breakfast. How businesses rip off, this is an example of my stay here. Not recommended

We like staying at the comfort inn for it's great location and reasonable prices. The continental breakfast is a bonus. The staff member that was working the breakfast area was very helpful and kept everything stocked and wiped down. Kudos to her for a job well done!

Room was clean and property well maintained. Close to many attractions.

Todo bien

I did not use breakfast.

3 blocks to the beach. Nice staff! Breakfast closed at 9:30 sharp!! Nothing to get, unplugged and locked up.
-
Did not like anything about the property The constant smell of weed on our floor, there was a gap between the door and the door frame, you could look right out into the hallway. When we open our window we see a run down mobile park homes. We stayed one night only because it was too late when we got into town to change hotels .

Staff emptied trash and gave new towels, did not touch our beds. Left unmade each day.

The first room we were given keys to smelled horrible. We went to the desk and asked for a different room. We were so tired after getting in at 10:00 PM we just went to bed and left in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel. I knew Barefoot Landing was a nice area so assumed the hotel would be too. Highly mistaken. Too many to list!

Clean and staff were pleasant. Convenient location. Breakfast was dismal. Severely under stocked with many options empty / not refilled.

Location Carpet in rooms needs replaced. Shower water flow dismal. Toilet flushed very other…

Our room was very clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths, which was a nice touch. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to several nearby businesses. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return.

Location The staff member who was working Sunday 21st of June was let's say not having the best attitude and customer care
-
Nice location, price could be lower.
-
Room was clean. The staff greeted us on arrival and when leaving and re-entering the property. They had the standard breakfast available each morning…. Waffles, pancakes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, coffee and juices.
-
Location Not very clean and had hair left in shower and sink.

Location, room was clean, felt safe The staff very unwelcoming when checking in just stood there never acknowledge me , was typing away on the computer could have said I would be right with you but nothing . Got my room key used it once then stopped working went back to front desk there was another person at the front desk who was on his personal cell phone I advised my key was not working seem to be an inconvenience for him to get off his cell and assist me after that the key worked sometimes and sometimes not. When coming in and out of the hotel just never greeted seems the staff could use some customer service skills. The so called breakfast was awful .

The location and the price. The staff was not as friendly as they have been at past stays. The bed was not comfortable and I did not sleep well.

Not much to say about that. The location is horrible. Their four blocks from the beach. Once you drive down to the beach, there is absolutely no place to park. All properties are privately owned by the waterfront hotels. Parking is not allowed anywhere with very strict towing enforcement.
