For what I paid no worth

The amenities were great. They had a lot of pools and hot tubs and an arcade room. It was right on the beach, super close in a nicer area with less people. I didn’t like their room. They were outdated, and it had a funky smell. It seemed. They weren’t cleaned to the best standards. Overall, it was a OK. Experience. Wasn’t the best. Like I said, the amenities are a 10 out of 10, but the rooms are probably a 5 out of 10.

Our room at this resort was very spacious and clean for the most part. My only complaint on the cleanliness of our room was the floor! It was gritty like it hadn't been swept before we arrived. I asked for someone to come and vacuum and was told they would bring me a broom to sweep myself!! THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE BEFORE I GOT THERE!! The pool chairs were totally filthy!! I heard many guest complaints at the pool about the chairs being so nasty!! Ive seen pool maintenance at any hotel I've ever been to spray them down every morning when cleaning the pool!! Lastly, COFFEE!! There is a small coffee pot in room with 1 pack of complimentary coffee! Otherwise, you dont get coffee until after 7am when they start serving breakfast in the lobby and hope you dont want any coffee after 10/11am!! Almost $6 for my husband and I to have coffee every morning, right at $20 per adult to eat breakfast (fruit muffins cereal) and $10 per child!! Overall, just ok!

The rooms and facility is very old. Infact ended up staying on a stinky room for a day even though it was called deluxe room. Will not book again with them.

The outside bar should have consistent hours- we were encouraged to get a souvenir cup for discounted refills, however, the bar was hardly open for us to use- the weather was appropriate during those times.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, and pools and other amenities are very well maintained. I would stay here again.

It's not bad, but I think they should update the amenities more often (water faucets, mattresses, and televisions). They're really outdated. They make too much money, and I didn't sleep very well in their beds during my stay.

The property has excellent access to the beach and several swimming pools to choose from. There were several hidden, undisclosed fees such as, daily resort fee, daily parking fee, and a $250 hold on my card for incidentals- which will be returned “based on my bank”. We had an issue with our first room- there was a leak- and they promptly moved us to another room and provided a $50 credit. All in all- it was okay.

It was not a bad experience for the price I expected a little more of an updated room. The shower and hair in it, and that is a huge NO for me, lucky my husband cleaned it out. The linen for the pull out couch had hair on it as well, so we didn’t use the particular piece with the hair on it. The pictures I saw on hotel.com were misleading, we did not expect the rooms to be outside like a motel setup. Also we stayed on Tower B side and there was only 1 set of elevators and it was times where we waited 20+ minutes for an elevator to come that wasn’t completely full. We stayed 1 night so those issues were not that significant, but I definitely would probably stay somewhere else if we are staying longer.

They need to update bathrooms. The eatery places closed to early and had no store to shop in ,if you need something.

The elevator situation was not great. There are only 2 elevators and they are not programmed efficiently. We found ourselves waiting a good deal for elevators. But the pools, and other amenities were awesome. We will definitely visit again.

The room was clean. And seems like a nice place. We were unfortunate to get a room that had not hot water. Ask the front desk to have it checked and to send up 4 towel sets. Returned back after being gone for multiple hours no towel sets or hot water still in the shower. Decided to leave a day early. When checking out early the lady at the desk as how everything was I explained this all to her as was extremely apologetic and ask if they offered to move us to another room. I replied no and the hot water and towels never arrived. She said she couldn’t give back my money since we went through hotels.com however would refund the parking fee which hasn’t shown up as a credit back yet. She was extremely nice and I wish we would have gotten to deal with her the first time as we would have stayed the entire time.

Housekeeping doesnt come during your stay. Didnt like that. Restaurant and tiki bar close wayyy too early. Our room was decent. Needed some work. Good place but wont stay again

We loved that every room has an ocean view. Didn’t leave much due to bar and restaurant on site. Within walking distance to a couple other places like ice cream.

I loved the room layout and the great accommodation environment. Being on the 9th floor, the view was amazing! However, there were a few downsides. Parking costs extra, and the indoor pool is tiny and very stuffy because the AC wasn't turned on—quite disappointing when you want to escape the hot sun. The outdoor pool was also a bit dirty, with snack wrappers floating inside and left uncleaned.

Wow, where do I start? The improvements that were made to this property since my visit in 2025 are phenomenal!! The staff was consistently present, attentive and helpful during our visit. The room was very clean and comfortable during our visit. I enjoyed the view and the bar services of your dynamic bartender at the beach bar! She’s a rockstar! I had no idea that there were so many improvements made to this property in such a short period of time! Dominic (board member) was there on the property and was very helpful in answering any questions about the upgrades that were made since I last visited. I was more than impressed with how the security staff handled a situation that potentially saved a little child’s life! These men took action when the guests needed it the most!! I’m more than impressed by the courtesy of the entire staff during this trip! I definitely plan on staying there again and would recommend that anyone who is interested in this premier property with great amenities and excellent hospitality staff contact Dominic (property board member) as he is knowledgeable and friendly with all guests. Again, outstanding service by my standards!!💯💯💪
