I liked that it was at the end of Ocean Drive, very close to Barefoot Landing! Our room was ready and we were able to check in early! Excellent beach access, excellent pools. One drawback, it was hard to access beach from parking deck, had to use the elevators in the lobby, but ramp access from pool to beach was provided. Beds were very comfortable! Room layout was unusual, there were two steps up from the kitchen area to the bedroom area, would not have been ADA accessible but offered privacy for the bedroom area. No dishwasher in the unit so I was a little worried about sterilization of the dishes provided, although they appeared clean. As usual, two elevators for 15 floors got very crowded at busy times of day. Hotel did not provide pool towels, but the music from the Tiki bar was entertaining! Balconies for A and B building face other balconies, only C building faces the ocean directly.

Needs updating but staff was AMAZING!!

Clean unit, has all utensils that you need if you are cooking 😃 my daughter enjoy the pools and the walk to the beach.

Tiene buena vista hacia al mar, los muebles estuvieron estuvieron sucios la licuadora no funcionaba y no quisieron cambiarlo a pesar que informamos que no funcionaba pues tuve que dejar mi fruta dentro porque ya era hora de salida. Pésima atención no regresaría ahí 😒

Es lugar muy tranquilo pero sin ser aburrido y los cuartos tienen vista al mar,estuvimos en dos cuartos y los dos estaban muy limpio y con excelente ubicación

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed the beautiful beach view and balcony.

Exceptional

Several items of furniture shown in the listing were missing, including the console table and rug. The only table in the room was old, broken, and could not be moved. In addition, there was no oven or dishwasher, which was very disappointing and not what I expected based on the information and photos provided when I booked the room. The condition and cleanliness of the sofa were particularly unacceptable. The sofa had a very strong, unpleasant smell and appeared dirty. I was so uncomfortable that I had to cover it before I could use it. There were also basic maintenance and cleanliness issues. One of the living room lights was missing a bulb, and the standing lamp was visibly dirty and covered in dust. Overall, I feel that I did not receive the room or level of accommodation that was advertised and that I paid for. The differences between the listing and the actual room, combined with the poor cleanliness and maintenance, significantly affected my stay and caused me a great deal of frustration. I believe the resort should take responsibility for these issues and provide appropriate compensation, such as a partial refund, for the inconvenience and the fact that the accommodation did not match the advertised listing. There was no hot water anywhere in the room. We were moved to another room. The time it took to pack and move to another room... The next day, the A/C stopped working, and they wanted to move us to yet another room—unbelievable. They didn't address the problem promptly; we were without A/C for two days and a night. To date, we haven't received a response regarding a refund.

The staff was amazing!! I would have rated higher but my bathroom in my hotel room the ceiling was leaking so bad the whole bathroom floor was soaked. Everything else at this hotel was amazing!!!
