The room was clean nice property and staff

We heard noises all night. I finally fell asleep around 4-5 am. Come to find out, our room was right behind the kitchen.

There was a noise coming from the air conditioner or something that was very unpleasant

I like the indoor pool but they needed to clean the pool area I seen fingernails and hair also to upgrade the pool are paint on ceiling and the floorboards was falling off. Staff was friendly. I like the indoor pool gym and are was nice room was nice.

This hotel is conveniently located to everything! The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the starbucks coffee each morning. The uber pick up station at the front door was nice too.

Friendly staff, accomodations were fulfilled with side by side rooms, convenient location,price parking Everything was great except the Bistro. I wasnt sure if it was sit down and order so I tried making reservations night prior. It wasnt necessary as the staff stated however, had to pay to cancel reserved Uber to show at Alabama theatre because the same person taking order was also the cook, server and bartender but was told 3 ppl would be working. People waiting left and it took us an hour to get our food

My room was very clean and spacious for me as a solo traveler and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Housekeeping was terrible the room smelled had to call down and get towels twice and our trash emptied. Pillows were horrible the place seems needed to be updated .

Everything was great except too much chlorine in the hot tub. The indoor pool was too cold to get in. After t minutes our eyes and skin was burning. We had to get out to shower.
