I love coming there it's beautiful everything is so nice and peaceful the only problem I had was hair was in the refrigerator and hair was all over the pillowcase The hair being in the refrigerator

The lighting in bedroom was very dark with two lamps that didn’t provide much light. The bedroom had a mildew smell and the bathtub felt like it was cracking.The staff running the resort were not helpful at all. They never answered the phone and didn’t provide any help with amenities like toilet paper or fresh linen. I was a guest at this resort numerous times in the past and enjoyed my stay, but now it seems outdated with poor service.

Also, according to Expedia, we were supposed to receive a $10 voucher per person from the hotel for a show, but unfortunately nobody knew anything about it. We had a total of three cockroaches in the apartment. Otherwise the apartment was spacious and nice.

Do.Not.Stay.Here. This place is infested with roaches. They are everywhere. We booked a 4 night stay and 5 minutes after checking in we requested a new room because we saw 3 roaches. We got a new room and immediately saw more roaches. We told the property we would stay the first night since it was already late, but would like to cancel the other 3 nights. They refused to approve the cancellation and refund with hotels.com. Do not stay here

A little older of a property, but still in decent condition. Would stay again over a hotel.

This resort Not family friendly. The 11 pm to 8 an quiet time became an issue because I have A 8, 9, and 10 year old. It's impossible to keep them quiet on vacation. The security guard came saying they were ready to kick us out because the kids were talking to loud I nearly lost it because it ruined our whole vacation with them bringing that bad energy to our family vacation.

Run! German cockroach infestation in room E5. We had to leave and drive back home after just arriving due to being unable to stay in the condo. Numerous German cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. General Manager will not respond to approve refund. I'm out over$1600. Don't chance it because they refuse a refund and unless you like rooming with cockroaches you'll have no choice but leave.

We booked our 2 bedroom unit on Hotels.com. We believed this was an actual resort with continuity in the units and upkeep. We were quite surprised to find our unit decorated and furnished in the 90s and smelling stale and musty. It was relatively clean, and our stay was only a short two night weekend stay so we just stayed and made the best of it. The pools were great. The beach access was great. The location was great. But be forewarned that the unit you are assigned is most likely owned by an individual and not a corporate entity…the decor and upkeep may be minimal. We killed multiple roaches, the master bathroom toilet wobbled, and the beds were tiny and pretty shaky. There are also owner storage cabinets throughout and hodge podge dishes. If up-to-date decor and units matching the online pictures are of importance to you, you might want to look elsewhere.

The room that I stayed in was not the room that was on the website. Going through a third party site was not really what I wanted to do. The room had a bad smell and the ceiling fan had a noise that came from it all night. Didn't get any sleep. Would not recommend staying at this resort. Thank you

MY STAY AT THE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT WAS NOT GREAT AS I FIGURE IT WOULD BE. The resort was clean as for appearance of the property and home but the pest problem was over bearing when co.es to pest control inside an outside..CLEANING IS AN ISSUE WHEN THE PEST CONTROL IS BEING COVERED UP.

I’m assuming bc I booked through Expedia, the original room I selected was not the room we got. My husband had an immediate reaction to something in the livingroom area or on the porch and developed a sinus infection. The sofa was small and uncomfortable and no other seating available but 1 dining room chair. The bed was comfortable! The room was fine for what we needed, but definitely can use some TLC with some wear and rust areas. Also our key card stopped working, and it’s a long track back to the front office to have them re key the cards.

Beautiful grounds, great location, less crowded beach, condo owners have good taste, great balconies, comfortable beds, full kitchen and laundry. Mirrored wall brightened, expanded feel of main living area. Minor maintenance, beach seems to be shrinking, but so many positives.

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for my son's soccer tournament. We booked two-night stay. We arrived late the first night and the kids and I were so tired and could not wait to get into the room. When we got in the room which was not what the picture's on online looked very dated, but it was fine until we turned all the lights on the roaches scattered across the walls, floors and ceiling. I can stay in a dated room but not with roaches crawling around. Was not just one or two. The gentle man at from desk was nice told me he could get me another room but cannot guarantee the same issue at the other room. I could not let my children and I stay in that condition by this time it was 9 pm and I need to find a place to stay. I decided to stay at a different place. I do not recommend this place. Front desk working acted like this was something normal.

Location was excellent. Would stay there again. Furniture in villa was outdated. Ceiling fan in sunroom was extremely dirty.
