Our room had mold in it. On the lamp shades and ceiling. You can smell the dampness as you enter the room. Front desk staff was not friendly on the evening shift. Not pleasant and appeared to be annoyed. I do not recommend staying at this location

It was a great stay

The rooms were clean but they smelled old. It wasn’t a welcome clean if that makes sense. The floors weren’t vacuumed and the ac unit looked very old. I felt there was mold in the room but couldn’t find it because it was probably under the carpet. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would probably stay again but they would have to get new carpet and ac units.

The hotel room & bathroom were clean. However there was no linen/towel service. Carpets in the hallways , elevators and rooms was old/ugly, The breakfast was pretty good and the kitchen/restaurant staffer was terrific. Parking was average at best. Limited lighting at night. The entrance driveway had a severe bump coming off Rte 17. Not a pleasant greeting. Overall, the venue needs a decent renovation! Not another paint job.

Excellent all the way !!

Older hotel. The rooms were standard. The bed was uncomfortable.
-
The property was older and it’s okay. I noticed in my room the retailed the foyer and bathroom nicely but the carpet was old the blinds were older. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but with a little updating this place could be nice.

The light in the bathroom sink area did not work so I called the front desk to service it. The engineer came and took apart the light fixture and just played with the fluorescent light bulb until it finally came on and then hoped it would be on after turning the light switch off and on. That was the best he can do. The light fixture required 2 fluorescent light bulbs but the engineer told me it will not work if he installs a second bulb. The cups in the room were filthy as if cigarette ashes were discharged in the cups so we had to throw them away in the garbage. First thing I noticed in the room is I had to clean and spray Lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system as they were dusty. The front desk lady did not greet us when I came in to check in and she was not friendly or courteous at all. The hotel should have someone at the front desk who is more friendly and courteous and greeting the guests as it can lose future business. The rest of the staff were friendly, courteous and greeting the guests. We did not eat breakfast at this hotel as the place looks filthy so we ate out. Self parking was convenient. The place could use a fresh paint job inside with brighter colors as the hotel lobby, elevators area and walkway to rooms area were all gray, dark and gloomy. The water pressure in the bathroom sink area could be stronger. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was fine.

Fire alarm went off 3x

Noticed someone else’s hair in our room leftover. Room was humid even with the air conditioner set to auto cool so much so that after we got back to the room after 5 hours my sweatshirt I had hanging was damp as was the carpet. It just felt gross. Pillows had an odor and staff swapped them out quickly. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was friendly. Expedia sold a room that wasn’t available and instead of a queen we got two full beds so with that sticky room that was not good. Hotel and room was pretty quiet and that was a plus. Coffee was good and very hot. Shower was also hot with decent pressure and did have an exhaust fan.

Great room and amenities for the price!!!

Breakfast was alright, parking was free and felt safe ( well lit) room was clean, nothing fancy but functional. Pool was abit old but well maintained. Would recommend

Check in was easy, they’re doing renovations so there’s some noise and a little mess but nothing crazy! Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast options! It seemed all the ice makers were out of order so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker!
