Sea Watch Resort

Location is prime, it is the reason I come back every time. Ocean view, plenty of pools and good music. But for some reason the hotel owners do not wish to spend money on the hotel to keep it in good shape. It is a little sad to see this. The hotel looks very dated. My room had several issues: the table missed one leg, the sink was clogged, the closet door does not close, the bed pillows smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke, and while the hotel has a no smoking policy, people openly smoke pot and cigarettes on their balconies. One other thing; the showers are for miniature people only. For an adult, almost 6 ft, you have to go through your knees to get your hair washed.

The staff and security was very nice and helpful. Older property and things were dingy unclean looking.

the facilities and the location are outstanding. Would be great if pools were heated earlier in the season to extend our ability to be in the water and enjoy the outdoors. the unit was not good. run down. chipped counter and very, very bare cabinets to support making a meal. It's the least nice condo we have ever stayed in, and we have spent 15 years staying in condos at Royale Palms and most recently sea watch. We would not want to stay in this condo again.

Sofa bed needs cleaning and a new mattress. Little small rooms and bathroom. The staff was nice. Huge resort. Not bed overall, good stay. Not clean. Sofa bed has spots...

Staff bypassed us over four others at first, Their Spectrum was down so couldnt pay at first, room still had sand, but BEAUTIFUL RESORT, quiet, SWEET ROOM and section of beach along Atlantic Staff.

Hotel staff was very friendly! resort location was very conveniently located For this price point the rooms could have been much bigger. If anyone in your party is over 6’2, they will not fit in the shower as my husband’s head was touching the ceiling. As for the amenities & essentials, you get a bar of soap, lotion, and hand soap in the bathroom. Room features a mini kitchenette with pots/pans, oven, fridge, utensils/plates/cups but no dish soap at all. It just seemed like the tiny details were missing.

View and the pool seemed nice from a visual standpoint. The only true bed in the room was a murphy bed, we were under the understanding we had booked a queen room and instead were met with a very uncomfortable full size murphy bed. Outside of the room in the hallway it smelled terribly of cat pee. There was no full size mirror for us to use. Being that we were going to a formal awards ceremony, it would have been super helpful to ensure we looked our best.

It was absolutely wonderful resort Only down side, my microwave didn’t work, I tried to warm my food up in the oven but the door wouldn’t open cause it was such a tight fit

Just the location It was outdated, overpriced, dirty - specifically the towels and bedsheets. I would not return unless it was renovated and that’s still a maybe. Nothing like the pictures and felt I definitely overpaid for what the ratings show and recent reviews. I will not recommend or return.

Location perfect but the room was dirty and outdated Room needed repairs. Towels had dirt streaks, just didn't appear clean but old and outdated

The room felt outdated and in need of renovation. The carpet was dirty, one of the TVs didn’t work, and the sofa bed was both uncomfortable and broken at the head. Overall, the space didn’t meet expectations in terms of comfort or upkeep.

We love the actual resort, its location is amazing and we love the whole package. We were fooled this time by SUITE, assuming it meant upgrade! No bedroom...the bed is in the wall - in order to open it we had to rearrange the living room furniture! The bed was so uncomfortable, I tried reaching out to booking.com multiple times with no response

Very nice location. Bar closed early.

The view was great. The parking was easy and efficient. It was easy to get to the ocean and the pool. Having a pool bar was convenient.
