Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Embassy Suites! From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel really stood out. The amenities were amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of options, and it was such a convenient and delicious way to start each morning. Another favorite was the complimentary evening reception from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. Being able to enjoy a free drink each evening was such a wonderful perk and a great way to unwind after a long day. Overall, Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness, spacious accommodations, excellent amenities, great breakfast, and complimentary evening drinks made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites again!

Disappointing

We enjoyed this hotel. The kids loved the pool/waterslide.

The slides were closed for long duration and the pool was extremely cold. The ocean was warmer than the pool. The breakfast was the only thing that was great. It looked very good on pictures but in reality I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean and staff were mostly great . My two complaints are $20 a day for parking , that should be included in the price , ripping people off after all the taxes and resort fees, the other complaint is that the pool closed at 7! So , checking is 4 and pool closes 3 hours later , nice for your property I guess but not worth the room price , prob not returning due to parking and pool hours . Front desk staff was excellent -pool staff kinda rude and unhelpful ,

The rooms were clean, plenty of choices for breakfast, chk in staff was nice. Check in line was longer than a TSA line. Check-in at 4 and Waterpark closed at 4 .. so you are definitely not getting what you paid for unfortunately because then check- out is at 11 so you really don't have much time for anything unless you booked a longer stay.

Beach front and pool,convenient restaurants

It was very well outside the room, our room was not the best the washroom was very worn down and there was lots of damaged The property was good pools were good and the gym was excellent the water park was really nice and fun.

It is a great destination especially for families. The bed, pillows, and spare blanket in the room could use updating. The spare blankets look like they are from the 1970’s. Overall an excellent place though with a great restaurant, pool, and beach access.

The property was beautiful. The outdoor pool area and the water park were very nice for families with young children. I never saw the indoor pool because it was not within walking distance. They had shuttles but we opted not to use them. The room was very small and the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was barely enough room in the bathroom to turn around. We had 2 queen beds and you had to turn sideways to get around the one closest to the wall. The staff were very helpful however. The free breakfast was good and overall we enjoyed our stay. I didn't like the fact that we had to hand carry everything to our room because the carts are not allowed inside, but I understand that keeps the lobby looking nice. Just be prepared to if you bring a lot you will be making multiple trips to the car. They have a paid laundry room so bring you some quarters if you plan on washing clothes. They gave me some at the front desk because the change machine was empty but just come prepared. The beach was just a few steps away and that was very nice.

Great area and huge pool area. Good breakfast and the free 2 alcohol drinks a day between 5 to 630 with free snacks was very good also. Nice new brewery next to hotel as well.
