Everything was absolutely amazing.

We are a family of 5 that checked in, but we're only given 4 bath towels and 3 washcloths daily. We did call down multiple times and were eventually brought up more. Unsure why just not give the amount of towels for the amount of people booked for the room (we had to reuse towels and washcloths due to waiting for staff to come). There is a lengthy wait for the elevator. The elevators are very backed up due to all the guests. During check out we carried multiple luggage's of ours down multiple flights of stairs, because the wait for an empty elevator was never going to happen. Also- this was the most frustrating. The outdoor pool opens at 8AM. People line up before 730AM to "save" pool chairs for the day. So, if you go to the pool during the day expecting to have a seat, you will not get one. I complained to the front desk, because essentially people throw towels on the chairs and leave for hours on end. I was told there is a "30 minute policy" but no one enforces the rule. This is a big issue that needs addressed.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Embassy suites by Hilton. A lot to do on the property so you won’t even have to leave. Pool area was a plus for my son. My only concerns were the excessive long waits for the elevator, it was bad. I did not receive my breakfast and drink vouchers until I asked, and the room bathroom could have been cleaner. But overall, great!

I have nothing to add, everything was good.

I always stay at Embassy Suites when vacationing at MB. This time ai notice areas where management cut cost. Only dessert size plates are available at breakfast so barely hold anything equal to a full breakfast serving. The elevators during peak summer are extremely crowded, no air conditioning, and are very small and just 4 to accommodate the large summer crowds. The maids did not have clean large towels to replace used towels, only one roll of spare toilet tissue which goes fast with a family of four. Bath towels were dingy. Sinks and toilet bowls around top rim had build up scum. Could feel sand embedded in carpet if walked barefoot in the rooms.

One of the biggest perks was the complimentary breakfast, which helped us save money each morning. The pool and beach were amazing, and the resort is definitely a great destination for families. The on-site restaurant made ordering room service convenient, and the prices were very affordable. There were a couple of downsides. It took maintenance over an hour to respond after we called for assistance, and the room I originally booked wasn't available when we arrived, so we were given a different room. On the positive side, the bathroom was exceptionally clean, my boys made new friends during our stay, and we created some wonderful memories. Despite a few issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The room was very run down. Dirty chairs and pullout couch was stained all over. Broken handle on tv stand

Cleaned my room only once out of five nights. Had to repeatedly contact them for towels and toilet paper.

It was a awesome time, very relaxing

Amazing hotel and excellent value for money! Our 20th-floor view was a massive plus. The breakfast is an absolute differentiator here—huge respect to the team making live omelets for hundreds of guests every morning. Plus, the new water theme amenities are fantastic for both kids and adults. Highly recommend!

Not a fan of this hotel. I think it’s really pricey to stay here and there’s a lot of hidden fees and honestly, I just think that there’s a lot better hotels in the area. They’re gonna put a $300 hold on your card when you get there (which isn’t abnormal. This happens at every hotel) but then you also try to charge you $160 because you have to pay to park on site which is around $60 a night. Mind you I’m lucky that my parents live across the street and I was able to park at their residence because there is no free parking anywhere around. Personally, I think for $400 a night you should be able to park there for free and pay to valet if you want to use that service. The valet did not come with the $60 a night for parking. There were a lot of stains on the floor. The balcony door didn’t lock and kept sliding open, which wouldn’t necessarily be an issue, since we don’t have kids, but I could see it being a problem if you have small children and you’re trying to keep them safe and the smell of weed kept blowing in at all hours of the day. We didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner in our room.(the bottles were empty.) I called down to housekeeping, and no one answered. I finally ran into a housekeeper in the hallway and they were not friendly. Overall we just weren’t happy with the experience.

2nd visit, great

Perfect stay to wake up to the beach view. Inside dining area is very nice with that same great beach view. Quick access to neighboring Currents waterpark is perfect for families with children or relaxation for anyone. Black Drum restaraunt being right next door is also very convenient and great for food or enjoying a drink.

Slow check in process. Arrived at 3:45 p.m and room was not ready, had to wait till 6 p.m to get a room

Our stay was great and we utilized lots of the wonderful on site amenities. Our only complaints were that the hotel info section said there was a lazy river, and looking at google earth it shows that there was one in the past, but it has been removed with the new water park layout. We were greatly looking forward to the lazy river so that was disappointing! That, and we were staying on the 5th floor and the air conditioners were so loud we couldn’t hear the ocean at all from the balcony. Minor issues that we wanted to pass along for future travelers as they plan their trip.

Amazon property. Was not made aware of the large payment for resort fees and parking. The only other issue was the elevator timing. Great hotel.

We loved this vacation. The proximity to the beach was amazing.
