It was pretty Paying $40 to park on the resort. Should have been included in the price.

Overall, the stay was nice and relaxing, but it was few things I did not like. One being that my king suite did not have a kitchenette, the bathrooms in the room are small with the toilet being right in Front of the sink and shower, gnats got into the room at night if you opened the balcony door, and the inside of the hotel look old,

Very clean

The resort itself was very clean and well kept. We came for a weekend getaway and enjoyed ourselves. Only complaint we have is the vent over the shower drip water while in the shower and the bathroom is really small. I wish I had gotten the two male staff members that were very helpful and polite. Checkin wasn’t so pleasant. The lady was very selective with who she share information with about the property. She wasn’t very welcoming. Overall good experience and we will book again.

I went to customer service to get some coffee cups and sugar for my room. I was told that it would be brought to my room. It took almost two hours to receive it after going back to customer service.

Room was very nasty. And they over charged my stay 400$. Horrible place

Great stay only one complaint was the ac in our room was not the greatest and bathrooms are kinda tight but I would definitely stay here again

On beach Staff was rude beginning with Valet. Check in decent but "upgraded for a fee" to a room that didn't work for us then moved us to a room that wreaked of mold and mildew. No food available on site on a holiday weekend. Again staff rude at restaurant. Oh and no counter amenities either. Resort!?!?

Very satisfied overall but the furniture in our room was stained, the parking garage needs to be cleaned, and it would have been nice if the hotel provided chairs for the beach.

We initially booked a oceanfront suite in the actual Hilton hotel section. Upon arrival they advised the room had a water leak. They moved us to the Hilton Palms condo building next to Hilton. The building was run down. Our condo they placed us in was outdated from the the 80's, not ocean front or balcony. The bathroom had a toilet leak and was dirty with hair on the ground. After going back to front desk the placed us in a 3rd condo that was more updated and ocean front. However the tv in living room did not work and the mattresses were old and terrible to sleep on.

For an older hotel it is spotless and very well maintained. Great location and minutes from everything.

The property was beautiful but the room was awful. The refrigerator stopped working and they wouldn’t do anything about it. The very tiny bathroom didn’t even look like it was cleaned. Everything came with a cost. Couldn’t even get a luggage cart without a fee. Really need to work on a more organized way of unloading. Just very cluttered

The roomnwas clean. I loved the oceanfront view and the outdoor pools.

The perfect beach views, clean rooms, outdoor pools, staff were all GREAT!!!! My family and I can’t wait to get back. We had an amazing time and trip!!!!

The Room that I was given was awful the balcony was on I rubber roof and could barely see the the ocean It wasn’t what I expected since I’ve used Booking.com for years
