From the time we arrived, we were taken care of. The valets were quick polite and friendly. The bell hops had a lot of luggage to load and unload for us in our room. We had 2 rooms due arriving a day earlier than expected. The first room had an amazing view of the ocean and the pools. Beds were comfy. The 2nd room was an ocean front room on the 15th floor. It was everything and more from the pictures when I booked it. It was the perfect view for the 4th of July fireworks displays. The fireworks were going off right in front of us on our balcony. Amazing location, views, and staff. I will remember this always and look forward to going back again. Thank you so much for one of the best experiences of my life so far.

We simply avoided the bars and restaurants on the property because we didn't want to be disappointed any further. For being a Hilton Gold Status member, we got two measly bottles of water and just terrible service, unclean rooms, poor housekeeping. We will not stay at this property again.

Everything was great. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The spa was wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities were fantastic! The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!

Dear Hilton Myrtle Beach Team, I stayed from June 19 to June 21. Upon check-in, I was told $200 would be held, and only $40 (for parking) would be charged. However, an additional $35 was deducted, and I wasn’t informed why. I also had issues with the cleanliness—the pillows had an unpleasant smell. I expect clarity on the extra charge and hope for improvements in cleanliness. Thank you for your attention.2026

We’ve been coming there for years and we can see a slow decline every year in the level of cleanliness and maintenance. People pay for the Hilton experience and it’s disappointing when you don’t get it. The staff was great.

Room had a strong smell of gas and the carpets were wet; AC was extremely loud

I immediately contacted guest services and explained the situation. While the staff eventually responded and changed our room, it took approximately an hour to resolve the issue. After a long journey, the last thing any guest wants is to wait for a basic accommodation issue to be corrected. This experience left me feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed with my choice of hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most fundamental standards in the hospitality industry, and failing to provide a clean room significantly impacted our stay. Although the issue was eventually addressed, the inconvenience and poor first impression cannot be overlooked. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it based on my experience.

I had a massage and my granddaughter had a facial at the spa. It was an outstanding experience. The shuttle service made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed the restaurants in the Hilton as well. The beach views were spectacular.

Loved it
-
The floor in the room was filthy, I was wearing white socks and after walking across the floor just a few times they were filthy. I do not think the floor is mopped after each guest leaves, which needs to be addressed. The room otherwise was fine, bed was comfy and everything else seemed fairly clean. This location could use a remodel in the near future.
