Expedia misleading with room descriptions on ocean view option. Using other websites ocean view I have view of the ocean not the view of the rooftop and just little view on the beach. That should be described as partial ocean view. Staff was nice and try to help but not many options were there. Also not all the fees were enclosed during booking process. I would not go there again.

Do not stay at the Royal Palms. This place is extremely outdated and for the price paid, we should have better. We were given a room that looked like it was stuck in the 1960's. NEVER AGAIN!!

Check in took a very long time. Also there is a $20/ day charge for parking which is very uncommon in Myrtle beach. I have stayed at over 20+ hotel in Myrtle beach and never paid for parking. WiFi access was very complicated. No daily housekeeping service also disappointing.

The bathroom was dirty and the bed was in poor condition. The noises…… between the running toilet, ac unit, and the light above the sink I couldn’t get enough rest! The tv was small on the back it read Hilton Loaner….not worth the money! I was messaging the hotel about the condition of the room asking if I could switch the following day and they stop texting back! I was extremely excited to stay but ended up extremely disappointed!

Condo was clean and roomy. Very comfortable. Loved it. The only negative would be instructions on how to work all the remotes and not have to pay for parking.
