Kingston Plantation Condos

It was really good.

219 Arrowhead was just dated but overall a great stay and mostly clean to my standards. No roaches which is a plus! You may see water bugs but that's normal near bodies of water.

Everything was nice but in one room , we was getting bit by something. Not saying they were bed bugs , but we was getting little bumps on our hands and arm. Other than that, everything was real nice. Kitchen utensils, covers, towels. No complaints about that, just the itchy bumps.

parking space was a little bit of issue.

The view was nice and the unit was spacious but it’s definitely time for updates.

Convenience of parking Size of the 4 bedroom villa (everyone had space) family of 7 Cleanliness the whole villa needs to be properly cleaned (ex. I dropped a black sock behind nightstand and what I retrieved was unrecognizable sock went immediately in the trash Under the beds had not been addressed in quite some time as well So again overall Cleanliness was not up to basic standards Air vents in rooms were not able to be opened and close at our leisure if we do decide to go back we definitely do not want villa in building 8F Windermere by the sea Not all blinds were working and some were broken/missing

My first time to stay there.

We love Kingston Plantation! It really is the perfect spot to vacation as a family. Being ocean front is a must! The pools and waterpark is so much fun! You really feel like you are at an all inclusive resort!

Beautiful view from the balcony At the time I checked in I showed that I had a reservation with breakfast included but they told me that the breakfasts were only for those staying at the Embassy Hotel

Location is wonderful. Black Drum brewery is a very good place to eat, especially their patio. Landscaping around the facility was very nice. Rooms are clean but dated in Brighton Tower. Balcony was very nice. Not sure the resort fee is worth anything. The WiFi was not great and hard to access in our room. Visited a room out in condos- not very clean with old tape around the sliding door.

Everything was great. Only problem was staff not knowing we needed real keys to get into unit

I was given they key to a room that was occupied.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Nice community and lots of great places for the kiddos! We had a wonderful visit and we will return!!!!
