Also, getting beverages means going to the Embassy Suites (even Coca Colas), and there is no ioce machine on premises. Probably this is 100% fine for many people, but I expected to be able to do more in the room than sleep, shower and get dressed.

Our condo in Margate Towers was spacious but very outdated. The entire stove needs to be replaced. There were hardly any pots/pans, mixing bowls and utensils. Some of the mattresses need to be replaced as well. However, the ocean view made it worthwhile.

The only thing keeping me from giving a perfect 5 is that some of the staff didn’t seem as communicative as you’d expect for a property of this size. During check‑in, the guidance on where things were located and how to navigate the amenities felt very minimal, and because the property includes multiple buildings, it was a bit confusing at times to get around. Other than that, the price, location, and overall hotel experience were excellent.

The property was great but the check in at the desk was way to slow and didn’t understand the extra cost

Land scape was awesome surrounded by beautiful lakes Only one thing didn’t like too many trees blocking the view of the lake from the patio everything else loved

My Family and I love Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach! Our children just simply enjoy the heck out of that place. For 10 years now we never fail to visit each summer, coming from Orange County New York. We love the plantation, “ya heard”. lol; go KNICKS

We unfortunately did not have the best stay here at the Kingston plantation. The rooms were filthy. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns with the rooms. We had to switch 2 different times to other rooms/hotels on the property due to the rooms not being as described. Overall just not a great time.

Very nice. Check in instructions were not clear, I didn’t realize I was supposed to check in at the Embassy Suites, just followed the crowd. Beautiful resort overall and nice room.

Unfortunately the room cleaning is fairly poor. The pull out bed was covered in crumbs and debris when we pulled it out. There was half a piece of pizza under the couch. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Stains were present on the duvet cover. We will not be returning to stay at this property in the future.

We thought we rented a room with double bed at what was Embassy suites. When in turn it was a hotel room created off someone’s condo. The bed was not a hotel bed, instead a homeowners old run down king size mattress for 3 people. When I asked the front desk for double beds they told me they were booked and no rooms available anywhere else. Pubic hair rob the bathroom shower. We had two night stand lamps one of which did not work. Would never stay here again and praying for a refund. Stains all over the walls.

Everything was convenient and there was plenty to do.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. It was clear this privately owned condo has not been updated or maintained in quite some time. The furniture, walls, and overall décor were extremely outdated, with visible cracks and heavy wear. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable, making for a poor night’s sleep. The plumbing was another major issue. The master tub and sink drained extremely slowly, leaving dirty, sandy water sitting in the tub after showering. One of the double sinks barely worked, while the other filled with water almost immediately. There were also very few basic supplies—only one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no plastic utensils, and no streaming platforms beyond basic cable. Even USB charging ports were absent. We didn’t contact management since we were only there one night, but based on this experience, we wouldn’t stay here again. The location is excellent, but I’d rather choose a cleaner, modern, well-maintained beachfront property next time.
