Beautiful view of the ocean.

We booked for a last-minute family getaway over July 4, 2026. Condo was clean but a little outdated, beds comfortable and liked 2 separate bedrooms. What an amazing time and the firework displays from nearby piers as well as other 'local' presentations were amazing, all from our balcony. I believe the celebration for 250 years went on for over 1 hour. Amazing! Not so good for local dogs. We enjoyed activities off resort as well. A little sad that the "downtown" wasn't much to look at, of course we are spoiled with VA Beach.

Accommodation was wonderful. No noise from other rooms. Clean. Exceptional views. Refreshing and renewing holiday.

10/10 Suite, amenities, and the oceanview The front dest clerk at Embassy Suite on the day of check-in was not friendly with me but was friendly with the guest before me and after me. There was a problem with processing my payment with my business card that was not on my part because I immediately contacted my bank to verify funds and to make sure my card was not locked. I used another card to process the incidental fee. She was impatient, and she dismissed me to another clerk to finish my check-in. My room was paid in full upon arrival. I just needed to take care of the incidental part. I asked the clerk if I could process payment using my pin # after her second try with my card being declined, and she said yes. I asked her to prompt the card reader so I could do so, so she said go ahead, so for the third try to process it did not give me the option to put in my pin #. This is when I used a different card. If she wasn't sure of the incidental part of payments, I would be a little bit more understanding, but she said it wasn't her it was my card. Lastly, she did not give me the code for the pool gate. I had to stand outside the gate with my things and call the front desk from outside the pool to get the code. Will I book again? Yes, I will book again. Just hope I have a more inviting and warming experience at check-in.

We had to move out of the first unit. Woke up with dead roaches on the floor. Bed was broken. First 2 nights was like sleeping upside down. Boards on back patio were all rotten. Has to deal with this for 2 nights because we were so busy getting everything together for my first grandchild baby shower. The staff was very friendly and moved us to a better unit. I feel like I should be compensated for 2 of the 5 nights that we paid for. I doubt anyone will read this and reach out to me. Won't stay here again unless they do.

Only complaint about condo is The bottom sheet in Master bedroom wasn’t long enough to tuck under. Kept moving when you turned over. Aggravating all night!!! Also needed and asked for a wheelchair for my 81 year old aunt. They said they didn’t have one so my aunt couldn’t come out the condo.

Poor

The floors in the Master Bedroom & Bathroom were dirty and very sandie. I called twice and went to Registration to complain and nothing was done.. There was no wash cloths in the Master Bathroom, I had to call twice to finally get them. All the money I paid this was unacceptable...

Beds were hard, and very uncomfortable. We couldn't really get no sleep, my neck was hurting bad. They gave me another room for Saturday night which was better but overall my stay was not great. Beds were hard and tv was so small. Tv was not mounting , didn't like how room look for price. I felt it was overcharged for $300 a night.

We arrived at 4:00 for check in however pur room was about an hour from being ready. That is my only complaint. The grounds were beautiful.

We stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront condo. The views from the balconies were breathtaking. Condo was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The property is well maintained and beautiful. We plan on making Kingston Plantation our destination place to stay when we go to Myrtle Beach.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and everything went smoothly during our visit. However, our check-in experience on the first night was disappointing. The staff member assisting us was not as professional or welcoming as expected, which made the arrival experience less pleasant.

The pool area was very nice. The beach air is very nice. Walking around the facility was clean and nice. Have a lot activity for the grandkids to do so that made it OK It was a large party, and we were divided up so far away from each other. This sofa bed was not clean properly. the toilet in the second bedroom was clogged up we call the front desk to inform them they send someone the next so the first night one bathroom .
