Kingston Plantation Condos

The property itself is nice. Easy access to the beach, clean pool area, and great location. The room is outdated and there appears to be mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The location was outstanding. Lots to do and see. And of course the ocean was beautiful. The hour wait to check in. Had 25 people in front of me to check in. The condo we used had a bedroom and bathroom and a refrigerator and a beautiful balcony looking at the ocean. Was this really a condo or a glorified bedroom? It was very nice but, that was it, our condo for the weekend with oceanview.

Rip off with expensive extras

Checking in is confusing because it is in the Embassy Suites, but that information is not provided beforehand. The resort fees and parking fees are high, so when you think you’re saving cost compared to other oceanfront hotels, you’re not once you factor in all the fees. We would not stay here again and felt very mislead.

Clean room

We had a great time on the trip and enjoyed the amenities.

Not much to be liked to be honest. Checked in by a rude older lady. She did not explain anything about parking, what the holding fee was, facilities, etc…

The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. We had and ocean view condo but the view was amazing just like an oceanfront. Parking was easy and accessible to the property. The only thing that I give a 4/5 stars was the master bathroom. The tub drained very slow. Other than that this condo

Overall the rooms needed updated. There was hair in the sink and around the room. Amenities were great.

Great place

Clean room, staff was really nice at check in, The view of the beach was okay due to being in a corner room. My only issue was the volume on tV in the living kept going out.but everything else was great

Everything was great.

Location was good I felt I stayed at my grandma's apartment in Miami Beach in the 1970s. Needs a makeover. Lighting in laundry area not working.

The accommodations were spacious. Right on the ocean with a view. The bed was horrible. The springs squeaked loudly with the slightest move. Blanket on bed appeared soiled as well. Kerrigan coffee maker was nasty so we couldn’t use. Kitchen barely had any equipment so don’t plan on cooking much. This unit was located in South Hampton. In addition, light bulbs were blown in lamps and faucet dripped in the master bath. Pleather chair in living room was very worn. Very disappointed in the overall accommodations considering the price. Expected better!!

The views and the pool area and amenities The entire condo I stayed in it was outdated from the appliances furniture nasty shower curtains with mold like stuff on it dirty chairs and couches it was definitely not worth the money we paid and towels were dirty also I wanted to change rooms but they told me they were completely booked up on the facility I love Kingston plantation but this stay was very disappointing room 2009

Very good

The service at the pool. We didn’t use it but the servers seemed very friendly and the food from current looked good. The room could use a little fixing/cleaning up. The food at the Drum restaurant (I can’t recall the name) was a little strange. Not sure kids would like it much. However the blackened shrimp pizza was amazing and the Caribbean drink bucket was great.
