Nice clean facilities Didn't get checked in on time

It was clean and very great customer service I asked for Ocean view, and I was looking at a parking deck

Good location. We stayed at the sister facility due to overbooking. Towers on the Grove. No indoor pool

I loved the roominess, and the convenience of having a full kitchen and laundry in room. Also the huge indoor hot tub that would possibly fit up to 18 people…and also 3 more smaller hot tubs outside. There is always room in a hot tub at any time they are open. Also the room was very clean, and the staff was really friendly. Can’t really complain about anything.

Plenty of free or charged activities, genuine fully equipped kitchen and good sized balcony. Pool towels already in room. Beach access. Remote area. Comfortable main bed. HVAC was noisy in kitchen lounge area.

The water heater seemed to run out of hot water very quickly. Ended shower in cold water

Staff very friendly and resort very clean. Tyler M at check in was very helpful.

The staff had great hospitality. The property was very peaceful and clean. Most of all I loved the ocean view we had. I also love at the property offered different activities to do every day. We loved everything.

Proximity to ocean and quality facility. Beer beer long arm twisting experience with sales team. 90 minute session turned into three hours. Very stressful.

It was clean.Staff friendly. Was not ocean front, miss leading with pictures, and the beds were uncomfortable,parking spaces limited.Do not intend to stay there again.
