Bathroom had no soap. Other than that it was clean.

It was a very limited choices.

Overall the experience of the hotel was unsatisfying but the location was great. The staff I encountered were pleasant. The stairway reeked an unpleasant odor. The room was poorly cleaned. The sheets were stained and there was hair throughout the bedding. The shower was dirty! & the containers that have soap/ shampoo were empty. I can honestly say that if the cleanliness of the room was better it would have been a decent stay.

The room that we had was terrible even with the updates it needs more. The bed frame made too much noise it is on an steel frame and it pops like it’s aluminum it was horrible the bathroom needs painting paint wall chips everywhere I was very disappointed also if you wanted new towels I had to take the dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for new ones what kind of service is that. I could not call to complain because the phone wasn’t working. I want my money back the stay was horrible. The only thing that was great was the staff. I wish I had the number to corporate because I really want my money back for a terrible stay. I will not stay at this hotel never.

I enjoyed the breakfast, the location was near everything that was amazing. I stayed here 3 nights with 2 rooms at this hotel and we couldn’t get any extra blankets, no extra towels or even trash taken out. The website clearly shows that the rooms are cleaned everyday but the hotel told us that they only clean rooms that are occupied every 3 days. The pool was only available the last day we were there because there was some kind off of issue. The front desk was not polite and any time we asked a question it was a non chalant answer. When asked about the trash in our room we were told to take the trash to the dumpster ourselves. It was not a good experience and the customer service was not up to par.

When I got to my room, there was dirt and debris on top of the bed quilt. I pulled the sheets back, and there was human hair all in the sheets, I moved the pillows, hair everywhere. I went downstairs, notified Simone, who was so kind and attentive. I didn’t want to make a fuss, as it was not her fault. I asked for new, fresh bedding and I would change the linen myself. After making the bed, I went to the bathroom. There was the canister for hand soap on the wall next to the sink, but EMPTY. There was MORE hair on the sink. Looked in the shower, there was shampoo and conditioner. BUT NO body soap, as there is a place holder for it. Then there was MORE HAIR in the shower. I notified Simone, and she gave me soap. The morning concierge was polite as well! Just need better cleaning protocols. As I was not the only guest with a dirty room!

Everything was perfect clean, friendly staff the place was beautiful. Breakfast was good also.

This woman at the front desk on Saturday was very rude.

This was just a quick one night stay as we unexpectedly drove straight through from New York to Myrtle Beach instead of stopping off, so we needed a place to stay for the night until we could check into our condo for the week. This place was beautiful, clean, the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Has a nice little pool, but we didn’t have time to check it out.

They had no body wash in the shower only small bars of soap. One of the lights by the bed wasn't working. They eventually fixed it after a complaint. The phone in the room did not work.
