Manager and staff members are great. We are there for work and the manager and staff have gone above and beyond to facilitate. Great people. Manager is the best!!!

They refused my ESA saying that they only allow service even though I had my paperwork and license for my animal at time of check -in. They refused check in and a refund. They should have been more specific about their policy

This hotel did not allow us to stay because I had my children with me. They also did not refund me when I came for check in. Not only did we not get to stay there, we also lost our money for the stay. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend.

The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, the pool was nice and was open everyday, they have a laundry room where you can wash your clothes so that’s a plus as well. The staff was very friendly and the manager was very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. My husband and I will be back next year and we definitely plan on staying at this hotel again if they have rooms available. 10/10 !

We booked an 8-night stay, but by the second day we were forced to leave because of the manager, Elina. From the moment we checked in, she repeatedly accused us of smelling like marijuana. We do not believe we were treated fairly, and it felt as though she had already decided we were a problem before giving us a chance. What made the situation even more disturbing was that she entered our room twice while we were away without our permission. That completely violated our sense of privacy and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she continued to harass us until we were ultimately removed from the hotel. She then attempted to deny us a refund for the remaining nights we had already paid for, which only added to an already terrible experience. The hotel itself was also disappointing. The shower ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and in poor condition. After reading recent reviews, I found that other guests had also mentioned a marijuana odor at the hotel just days before our stay. There were also people smoking outside the property, yet it felt like we were unfairly singled out. No guest should be treated this way. We left feeling humiliated, disrespected, and completely disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is only good for a one night, bed needed only type of stay. It’s unkept. Housekeeping never came by for our 5 night stay. Same breakfast of a pancake pooping machine that laid the thinnest pancakes I have ever seen. Biscuits and gravy, a flat set egg patty. That’s it. The coffee machine was good. The front desk person that checked us in was very nice and friendly. Didn’t see much of the other staff. Parking was ok. We didn’t do laundry there. Convenient to the 501.

The whole time I was there the room was never cleaned and had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper.

I had my stepson with me and his mom was coming from VA to pick him up. We were told we would be kicked out if she didn't show up by 8pm. We paid $200 to stay there and we lost all of it due to the fact there was no way of us knowing if she was going to make it in time due to the terrible storm going on. We left and just met her at a rest stop. I didn't expect a full refund but at least half would of been ok.

I was actually staying here for work, so I can't comment on the location's proximity to Myrtle Beach. But I can definitely say that my room was very clean, and I had an excellent experience. If the location suits you, this place offers an unmatched value for the area.

I expected better from the Wyndham Hotel! It has always been one of our favorite hotels we like to stay at when we’re traveling. This time it was not so great! The amenities were not too standing no liquids in the bathroom dispensers, closet space was inadequate, room was not thoroughly cleaned. I’m going to stop right here because I truly like Wyndham Hotels and I don’t want to tear them down to badly even though they could do better!

Dirty hotel, roaches , rude staff.

Had a last minute need for a place to stay and the hotel staff were very helpful and found us a room. Had everything we needed; fridge, microwave, and pool. Few things that we noticed though, our rooms deadbolt wouldn’t lock, the shower floor was stained, the fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed very well, there was not much storage for clothes, and there was no ice bucket or remote for the TV. We had to use a plastic bag for ice and an app for the tv. Overall, very satisfied.

Overall the staff was friendly, the only lady working hard was the old lady doing breakfast all by herself and then later cleaning all by herself.

The property was clean as it was recently renovated, however it still needs work. The phone in the room was not even hooked up. The bathroom has no soap and the was really no closet space. Light fixtures were upgraded, but a little confusing.
