    Staff at front desk were rude. Room cleanliness was average. For a very last minute booking on a holiday weekend, it suited its purpose.

    Location was good. The cleaners were cleaning but the chemicals they use are very strong @ leave a awful smellThe room had a smell there, the ac never cooled the room, it was just hot in there, there were holes in part where the ac is, the fridge was leaky, the elevator was making a lot of noise, hazardous:there’s a dip 3 floor in front of the elevator door that cause a stumble, the bathroom room look like a 3 yo caulked it right before we checked in, but that hot water was awesome stayed hot never cooled

    The property was ok. The staff was not friendly or helpful. We thought is was just us..but after speak with several guest this was their experience as well. Our toilet got stopped and was unable to flush when asked for someone to come to the room. We are told that they could give a plunger. When asked for additional towels we are asked if we was checking out. When checking in we had to wait 20 min for the clerk to finish his lunch. Which would have been fine if was communicated but we only found out after standing there wait when he got ip from the table to throw his trash away. Overall it was what it was.. but the customer services is the area that needs the most improvements.

    Hotel was dirtyyyyyyy. Sheets on both beds had stains. Place needs to be renovated. Muggy and hot inside room. Never again!!! Waste of money!

    I loved the women that worked the front desk but the owner was absolutely awful The owner was very rude I was double charged deposit when I extended my stay but he kept arguing that it was supposed to be like that until I spoke with an employee and she had to convince him to release one of my deposits. He would not give me clean towels. There were 2 adults and 2 kids in my room and they gave me 2 towels he said if I wanted more to use a pool towel...Just nasty for no reason. Every guest he interacted with was treated awful. Also kept upping the price on us and would not let us extend through the app he said he would not honor the price.

    The person at the counter who waited on me had me wait for 15 minutes while he was handing a personal phone call.

    It wasn't perfect. Rusty hinges, bathroom wasn't perfectly clean, safety lock was broken off. Ac wasn't working properly but it was working. Microwave needs to be replaced, rusted inside. The staff and continental breakfast were nice.

    My family and I stayed for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and the front dest associated was nice. Once we got into our room I did my typical inspection of the room. I pulled back the sheets and instantly was disgusted!!! Hair of some sort was all over the beds ( 2 double beds) it looked to be animal hair. I immediately went downstairs...our room was changed immediately. The second room was ok. Knats was coming out the drain, there was a strong odor. But we dealt with it. The night time got real!! Dogs barking, upstairs guest was literally stomping and what sounded like furniture being drugged across the floor!! I was pissed and tired! The next day I asked for towels ( 4 people in a room and they only provide 2 washcloths) the housekeeper had the nerve!! To tell me that they can only provide 2 washcloths per room!! I immediately responded so " are we supposed to share towels) she said yes!! Im angry at this point! Because how is this ok.. as well as sanitary! She was very nasty.
