Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach near Outlets

The staff was great, but the rooms were dirty. Roaches everywhere. The Maintence man was rude as well. The owner is very cheap. Do not stay here.

Its location It smelled bad I could hear the occupants in different rooms The refrigerator didn’t keep my food cold The microwave didn’t warm my food The cabinet doors didn’t close

I liked the location of the hotel. Lots of different stores and restaurants. I didnt like how the staff constantly talks to you every time you walk by the front desk.

Bad

The rooms were so bad there was hair on the bathroom floor, the AC never stayed on. It was so humid in our room. We had it down to 60 and it didn’t matter if we had the fan on all the time or on auto it would go off and on, it smelt like mold in our room so it’s very old and messy. Even the AC was very dirty. . My sheets had a hole in it. I mean, it was better than a motel six but I would never stay there again.

It was really nice and so was the staff also it was close to all the grocery stores, restaurants and clothing stores especially the outlets it was walking distance I went to visit my brother he is in a nursing home there in Myrtle Beach this will be my place to stay every time I go visit him Cleaness, friendly staff,and price

They need more variety of breakfast bar not just donuts and waffles and orange juice. People don’t want to always leave the room for breakfast. We can at least get grits, eggs & sausage or vise versa. We the stay feel at home with an enjoyable breakfast. That’s all!

Area as always

I had hopes based on location but that was not the case. Everything at this place is garbage. Room horrendous and the man at the front desk totally useless and dismissive. I left 2 days early from my expected stay for the very reason of it being a really poor place. That said if you need someplace within walking distance to outlets, a few restaurants and or a supermarket then have at it but I’d suggest go elsewhere.

Poor

Me and my daughter stayed for 3 nights and felt like we knew the staff at the front desk. They greeted us kindly every time we came and left. My daughter still talks about the kindness they showed. That in itself would definitely make us choose this place again.

The bad was so uncomfortable ,hard Bed..... Everything else was good

Breakfast could use some additional items. Items with some protein (meat, eggs)...,) would have been nice. All available items where just carbs (bread, bagels, cereal....,). Juices and coffee seemed fresh. The next comments were more about the guest; on multiple occasions we had to walk through smokers right at the front door. We also witnessed young children relieving themselves (peeing) next to the pool. Parking could use some additional lighting at the back of the parking lot.
