Quality Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach near Outlets

After driving 14 hours I couldn't wait to get to the hotel. The road to it is a little weird but you'll know when you're there. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our room was right off the lobby but very quiet. First impression walking in was that it was clean and did NOT have carpets which is a major plus for me. The beds were clean, no bedbugs, clean linens that actually smelled good and not like bleach. The bathroom was clean and my only complaint is that the toilet paper roll is across from the toilet and quite a stretch when you are sitting on the toilet . Other than that very nice. I didn't slip in the shower and break a hip because there are grips to keep you from slipping 🤗 Breakfast was minimal but it will do when you are only here for a night passing through. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a decent and safe place to stay that is clean and maintained and doesn't have rugs for critters to hide in, clean linens and friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but close to plenty of shopping and 10 minutes from the beach and the staff was really friendly

There is 1 elevator in the building and has signs to tell you : Only 3 people at a time. My room had been partially redone (floor was nice- no carpet, the beds were amazing), the bathroom was somewhat redone (bathroom door made horrible noise when closing), the faucet has alot of water force. Rust issues were present on the door hinges to bathroom and the microwave! The microwave was very disgusting. I wasn't planning on using it, so didn't open it. There were some marks present on the floor between the beds as well. The breakfast only consists of bread/bagel, small muffins and 1 waffle machine. Depending on when you go - there will be a line most definitely. The 1st night was ok. The 2nd night was little wild with the people in the next room (connecting door- probably didn't help) Plenty of parking, plenty of CCTV

Elevator barley works was scared to even use ! Staff wasnt very friendly . Outdoor pool was nasty needed a good cleaning . Breakfast could have been a little better with more options

The room smelled of mildew. It was clean overall, but it needs some updates. Upon my arrival, the police were on the property escorting someone off the premises. The room had a noticeable mildew smell. I could also hear children running and jumping in the room above me, which was very disruptive.

We had stayed a couple of years back and had a good experience. This time not so much. The front desk was not friendly and the bathroom was dirty. Cleanliness. Tv was out for several hours. Breakfast was disappointing.

I requested a room on the 1st floor and was able to get it Location is perfect for someone who loves to shop(Outlets directly across the street) & eat(all types of restaurants along the strip of hwy) I didn't have breakfast the 2 mornings that I was there There was a wet floor or mildew odor in the room. I bought a scented candle hoping that would help and it didn't
