Hotel needs a much needed renovation.

Only one elevator in this 6 story hotel worked. As handicapped seniors we were at the very last room on 3rd floor & elevator at total other end. Rooms are very clean & housekeepers are polite & helpful. Beds are quite comfortable Parking is plentiful. Only having one working elevator at other end of hotel. Made walking an issue for handicapped seniors. Can't call front desk for anything as they do not take calls at desk here for anything. Uses A-I & they never contact you back. Breakfast is just unfrozen scrambeled eggs, 1 waffle Maker, 2 kinds of sugary kids cereal, apples, white bread for toast & a few yogart. No place to go sit outside. Pool area is beautiful but doors to outside are locked. The Repainting is bad for those with lung problems.

*****Biggest complaint: Side door where guest come in & out (next to elevator) is unlocked 24/7. Apparently it’s broken & has been. Didn’t need a keycard to enter that door even though the sign says so. Anyone at anytime can come in! Enjoy!

When we arrived at the room, it was freezing cold and no way to control the temperature. There were no extra blankets and the thermostat was taped up so that you couldn’t adjust it. There was also no remote for the TV so we had to get up and change the channel by hand. The property was not very clean although there’s things were minor.

The hotel was not at all what it looked like from the photos. Leaks all over from the A/C. The shower leaked. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. No cleaning crew. Not enough towels. Couldn’t even turn off the tv.

The inability to correct an issue with a room door and the inability to get another room or a room at a different lawuinta location

Black mold in rooms and air conditioner was leaking. Do not recommend

No hot water, bugs horrible conditions

One room that we got didn’t have a TV that worked, no bathroom door. The other room didn’t have any light shades burn marks in the bed.

No smoke detector in room. Refrigerator had a meltdown with water everywhere. Coffee was awful. No meat at breakfast. No soap holder in shower.

We stayed on the 15th. It had a musty smell. The shower had no bars which I needed. We were told we would be refunded for the other 2 nights and still haven’t received the refund. We had to go find another place to stay. Will not be returning here!!!!

WARNING NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. THE ROOM IS MESSY AND MOODY. I BOOK FOR 3 NIGHT BUT CANNOT STANDS THE ROOM SO I GO TO THE FRONT DESK 2 TIME BUT NO ONE IS THERE. SO I GO BACK TO THE ROOM HOPE FOR THE NIGHT PAST BY FASTER. I LEAVE THE PUPORTY AS SOON THE LIGH COME UP. AND THEY STILL CHARGE ME FOR 3 NIGHTS. JUST POST THIS SO PEOPLE CAN SEE AND RETHINK BEFORE YOU BOOK IS NASTY PLACE . ONE MORE THINK THEY DONNOT HAVE HOT WATER RUNNING. AND YOU CAN SMELL PEOPLE SMOKING MARIJUANA RIGHT OUT SIDE THE PUPORTY.

Extremely disappointing & regret staying here. The “Security” doors which are supposed to remain locked & only accessible by room key were broken so not locked & open to anyone off the street at all hours. The doorway/vestibule smelled like sewage so that was quite a treat waiting on the elevator., The hall a/c on the 4th floor didn’t work so it was over 90 degrees in the hallway so it was a treat waiting for an elevator there too. The room had a total of two towels. Had to go downstairs for towels, hand towels & wash clothes. I was told we were “only allowed 2 towels”. There were 2 adults booked for this room. I guess we were supposed to air dry? There were bits & pieces attached to the shower wall where shampoo, conditioner & shower gel dispensers are supposed to be, but there were none & no soap/gel, shampoo or conditioner either. Luckily I brought my own. The floor lamp was a bare light bulb. This place is definitely NOT fit for human use. Upon check-out, I was told they no longer give printed receipts. Horrible place & should be avoided!

smell in the hallway , smell of dampness in the room , condition of elevator . Maybe add bacons and sausage in breakfast.Pool was not working. I staying 3 days for good price had expectation.

The hotel is very old, and the rooms are extremely congested. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly.I called the staff multiple times, but no one picked up.There is no spa as advertised.The lift is very old and has a bad smell when you step out.

Beds uncomfortable water only lukewarm never hot. Not the cleanest rooms

Horrible experience here!! The receptionist was very rude and was not professional at all. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The room was dirty, countertop was sticky and the TV was blasting as if someone was already in the room. Bathroom light was so dark and the wall outlet was broken. The wires were showing. I asked for a different room and the receptionist said no they were full. Stated that i could just get a refund, with a very nasty attitude. I called corporate and filed an complaint. And if you go on the website you'll see multiple people with complaints of this same lady as being rude. It's ridiculous!!

I had a problem with the TV, so the incredible maintenance team ended up replacing my tv so I could watch my Roku Beds were really comfy Location was convenient for travel to and from convention center. - elevator was broken one night - no hot water in shower, needed to have maintenance fix - tv remote didn’t allow for switch to input, had to call maintenance - I’m pretty sure someone peed in the bed prior to my stay. Spent the whole first night smelling something weird and in the morning I smelled the mattress and it smelled like stale urine. I was not responsible. Slept in opposite bed the second night.
