Four Points by Sheraton Myrtle Beach

Exceptional

Clean room, nice staff, pretty lobby. Only issues were that my balcony door handle was broken, the shower tile could use a little repair and the humidity. But for the price I was very happy. Great bedding, towels, service. Nice rooms. I liked the river view and the location was near stores, highway, airport. I would stay there again.

Nice place, we often stay here when in Myrtle.

Love the rooms and staff nice rooms. Only drawback it’s kinda in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t mind driving a few miles to every thing. Place is perfect. 3rd time staying. Will use every time I’m at Myrtle Beach

The lamp by the bed had no lightbulbs. Also the shower was leaking water. The clock was unplugged in the room. The room smelled very musty they had a weird scent in the room was not enjoyable.

Phone was not working in room so I couldn’t get wake up call and phone was dead with a forgotten charger. So had to request a late check out due to waking late. Request was granted with no problem

Hotel staff were great! They were very nice even through navigating a new system that seemed to be frustrating. A few things could use a little touch up in the rooms, but everything seemed to be clean. I do wish that their towels were a little thicker, they didn’t give that hotel quality…very thin. The beds were comfy and I loved our room location facing the river and pool.

Our sink in bathroom was stopped up did not work told staff but could not be fixed but did not offer to move me and shower had hair not clean staff not polite.

Exceptional

The staff was excellent and the breakfast was very decent for hotel breakfast. We noticed the mold in our first room as well as paint markings which we assumed were painted over mold spots. upon moving to the second room there was still mold. In the second room. There was nothing special about the rooms and they didn't really meet the quality of other hotels that I've stayed in. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again because of the quality of the rooms, but the staff was excellent in trying to make it better. Their customer service was 5 out of five
