Tub was extremely slippery. Room was old and not the cleanest

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast.

This was our family group and we were treated royally. It was a bus load from Philly others flew in and drove. It was wonderful time. 07-22-26

It was all good

The room was gross. The carpet torn and dirty so that we didn’t go barefoot. The curtains were torn, the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. For what we paid we should be compensated would not be surprised if we get sick. Also the mini fridge froze anything you put in it.The sink in main part of the room didn’t work and the doors underneath were broken. Whatever you do don’t stay there.

So beware....cockroaches and management that does not care.

Overall the hotel was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing was my room was missing a curtain so couldn’t block out the daylight and the toilet didn’t flush properly. I had to push the button multiple times for it to fully flush sometimes.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The rooms smelled of mold and mildew, and the carpets and furniture were filthy throughout the property. The front desk staff and manager, Michelle Reed, were rude and dismissive of guest concerns. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, stay somewhere else!

When we arrived there was a wait for them “put towels in the rooms.” Emphasis on that. Ourselves and several other travelers had to wait almost an hour and a half for house keeping to supposedly put towels in the rooms.. let’s be real here, (the rooms still needed to be cleaned..)When we finally got in the room the bed wasn’t even made! The “towels” and other clean linens were “just thrown on the bed for us to make it ourselves!” They’re were oversized mosquitos in the room and the tub was still dirty!” It was the Fourth of July weekend, but damn!! If it weren’t for that I would have most definitely would have complained and found a more suitable hotel. Overall, The room and bathroom were a good size and also had a subtle sophisticated look to it. I wouldn’t stay there again unless they had adequate staffing to have rooms prepared. After all that we received no discount for the inconvenience.

My stay here was pretty good. The bed was comfy, jacuzzi was cool. I would have liked a stronger water pressure in the shower but overall good stay.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn at 710 frontage Rd. Mrytle Beach, SC. The room had torn curtains, holes in the window shade, roachs behind the curtains, the iron didn't work, the bottom of the bed looked like someone has scratch it up, the desk chair covering was peeling so bad that I had to put a towel in the chair to sit down. The phone and lamps looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The bathroom, the rust and crude arount the drain was discussing, the peeling door and the hair on the floor. Then when I inquired they did not have any more room.

We had a great stay, the room was clean bathroom was clean and stocked.

The bed was a bit hard but I’ll bounce back from the soreness once I can sleep at home for a couple days.

Worst experience I have ever had, period.

Carpet smelled bad, duct tape was used on towel holder. Staff was very non chalant

Huge deposit. Wasn’t aware of. Never got to check in. Still haven’t received my refund

The wi-fi speed was pathetic. It's so slow they might as well not offer it at all.
