Staybridge Suites Myrtle Beach - West by IHG

The room was fabulous too lovely great size bedrooms with doors that closed and their own bathroom. They’re a vanity area separate from a private toilet area and shower a big nice living room. Every room had its own TV in the kitchen that you could cook in dishwasher small stove, full-size refrigerator coffee maker in the breakfast was fabulous 10 out of 10 such good things great choices. I am already planning to stay here again on a girls trip I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. I highly recommend it! Close to Palmetto Pointe Church of God (the church you want to visit when you're visiting Myrtle Beach)!!!

Very clean property and excellent staff

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and courteous throughout our stay. Their customer service was definitely a positive aspect of our experience. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room as soon as we walked in, particularly around the kitchen sink area. We also found dirty towels left behind the shower door, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The gym was another area that needs improvement. The equipment was outdated, and there was very little variety in the machines available. For a hotel of this standard, I expected the facilities to be cleaner and better maintained. Overall, the room cleanliness and condition of the fitness facility fell short of expectations. I hope management addresses these issues because they significantly affected our stay.

DO NOT go to this hotel if you have allergies to anything, especially to dogs. One side of my bed smelled like a pure dog! This must be the dog owners "go to" hotel. Sorry I don't do dogs, especially not in my bed. I know the linens weren't washed because you could smell the DOG scent when you lifted up the blanket and sheets. I had a terrible allergic reaction and ended up with a medical bill and medicine expenses. I lost a day of work because I couldn't drive the 5 hour trip back home from having a swollen face and eyes. So I had to find another hotel to stay at later that evening. I was told that dog owners are given rooms on the 1st floor, and no dogs were allowed on the 3rd floor. Well, I sure heard them barking on the 3rd floor and from the inside of room(s). Honesty, should be the best policy IHG Hotels.

Everyone was really friendly. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was amazing, between decor and other guests. Nothing. I actually got there early and the gentleman at the desk was able to get us into a room and they were super friendly to our dog!

Great trip. Very good location. Closer to Broadway on the Beach than the actual beach but nice nonetheless.

Our stay was wonderful but the check in was not a great experience. Seems like some housekeepers called out and the check in was very late. Check in is at 4, we arrived at 5:28, we were finally able to enter room at 6:56. The front desk tried ti make it better but hopefully they have more back up on a holiday weekend

I mean I like that it was located near everything. It was decent. I didn’t like that it wasn’t what I expected. My room wasn’t ready when I checked in. Bathroom was entirely too small. Just seemed like everything was squeezed into a room being greedy with accommodations. It was not worth over $200 a night. Not my usual stay. I’ve stayed in hotels where my room wasn’t ready bigger and cost less. We didn’t have enough towels. Housekeeping did not restock Kleenex, left empty box on the counter. I guess because they rushed to clean the rooms. It was ok is all I can say. I would love to get half my money back due not being satisfied with my stay.

Disappointing

The rooms are old, the bathroom's needs to be updated, ceiling in bathroom need paint, stains on furniture, TV's you should give the guest a lesson.
