The property needs some updating!

Good hotel

This property is a travesty. Raddison should NOT include this within their group. I will be calling their corporate office this week. Do better…this is NOT fair to the individuals staying here. Most people are tired, and the last thing they want to deal with is a filthy property..

They charge you $10 per day in misc fees

Good property! The staff was great! Breakfast needs upgrading!

The room was clean & the jetted tub was a BIG PLUS!!!! Parking was great, no long walk from the car to the front door. Everything was only a short distance from the hotel & that was another added BIG PLUS!!

I was under the impression that the room had a balcony. On the bright side the room was close to Coastal and Myrtle Beach. Not much traffic is easy to get to destinations.

The hotel was in a convenient area but room didn't get cleaned after the first night. The couch/sleeper smelled like pee. Breakfast was ok but not alot of choices and every morning waiting on something hot to eat. We will not stay there again, even tho the staff was ok on service.

Management took one of my rooms and gave it to another person. Not helpful

Do not go here. They charge a $100 deposit that does not fall off your card for a few days. Also, there were dirty towels and wash rags in the bathroom. Also, mold in the tub area. Really needs to be updated. Rugs have major stains. Breakfast is not that good. They even have signs up in the saying area that they will charge you $10 to take food to your room. Crazy place. Desk people are not very friendly either. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Harsh was the first person we interacted with and he was great and explained everything. The breakfast wasn’t too bad. We all liked the waffles. They were so fluffy and tasty.

I don’t have to explain anything. The word deplorable should do my explaining for me. Also, there are bedbugs. Never again.

The property suited our needs for business travel. It was clean, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast was hot, delicious and very convenient. We didn't mind that it was an older property because it was kept clean and the staff always there to help.

Rundown. I would not stay here again.

Pull out sofa was broken and dirty. They didn’t have any extra blankets available. We booked two rooms for our large family 3 months before the actual trip and were not able to get them next to each other or even on the same floor.
