Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Myrtle Beach, SC

Great staff! Clean rooms, breakfast could be a bit more offers, would love to see more fresh fruit and bacon & chicken to go with the cute mini waffles. One complaint its a smoke free hotel and someone was smoking in the room next to us. We came back one evening & our whole bathroom smelled like. It was causing us to sneeze n hurt our heads. Thankfully we travel with a little Wellis air machine which eventually cleared the air after some time.

Good

The location was great We booked a room with a jacuzzi. I always bring my own cleaning products and clean my room. When I got to the jacuzzi, it had a crack in it and the paint chipped as I cleaned. Asked the lady who was at the front desk-she seemed to have an attitude. When I let her know what was going on with my room, she stated they were fully booked. When we checked in we were given the option to do the 2nd or 3rd floor so how could you already be fully booked. The next day we spoke with Harash who let us look at 3 other rooms with a jacuzzi, and they all had paint chipping. Other than that I had a good stay. Please actually fix your jacuzzi's as people who book these rooms, actually want to use it!

Indoor pool, but it was a tad chilly but we still had fun staff very friendly Mirrors on wall wasn’t glued to the wall but that’s fine the staff downstairs took care of that for me.

I loved we could just walk out to the beach. I wish the price was cheaper but that’s how it is I guess. It worked trying to plan a vacation on a budget.

It was a place to lay my head. The room was okay. The problem was the musty smell and my mattress felt like it may have been broken. In the middle of my second night, something irritated my throat and nasal passages and I thought that I was having some allergic reaction to something. It wasn't the best that I have stayed in, but it wasn't the worst either.

Noisy at night. Close to highway, not helpful to deeply relax and to sleep.

Everything Nothing

Conveniently located for our purposes. Staff was friendly. Noisy. Walls and ceiling did nothing to curb noise. Ceiling above shower began leaking on the last day of our stay. Repeatedly reminded about the $100 deposit for damage and smoking, but yet the room has an odor of smoke. The front desk clerk did come up and spray and told us she would note this.

It was close to Coastal Carolina The front desk clerk was not there when we checked in. We had to call a number that was stuck to the glass. She was sitting outside, not a great first impression

Location to where we were visting! Plus the bowling alley right behind it! We are avid bowlers so that was a plus!
