well I was staying there for about 3 weeks when I booked online for another additional week huh well the owner or general manager said I was a no-show and did not check the name properly cancel the order to ok money from the account then he asked me to pay cash instead my payment cash and then he asked me to leave call the police and asked me to leave so it was a horrible experience with his owner I think he drinks and was just terrible watch yourself watch this guy

It was great for us we just drove to Myrtle on a whim and he worked with us even let us check in early to shower and hit the beach would definitely stay again

We booked a king room and were given a room with two queens, we went back and got a change. When we got to the second room, the room was dirty and in disrepair. There was visible evidence of a mess on the bedding that was clearly not cleaned. The couch was clearly broken and had cigarette burns on the cushions. The table was being held together with tape. There was tape on the light fixtures. The lights by the bed had plastic shades and the plastic said not to use the lights until the plastic is removed. The floor felt unsteady. Worse of all, the door was not sealed well and we could see lights from the parking lot through the top of the door. When we went to the admin office to complain, they got hostile and clearly did not want to help us. We were informed that we had to get a refund through Expedia (fine, I understand that) but when we called 15 minutes later "The owner was not there", I don't believe that. Small annoyances were that the tvs were not smart tvs and the wifi was available "in common areas". We ended up getting a partial refund from Expedia but are very disappointed with how this establishment was represented on the site. I also completely expect the owner to respond with something like "stay home" or "what did you expect". Avoid!

The place is a mess the rooms weren’t clean, there was condom wrapper on top of the vanity a baby cucaracha scrolling on the bed we left in that moment and they still charged me for a night for room so no I don’t recommend that place

Small little private owned property. Very clean and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend. Cute and clean little pool. We will definitely stay here again!

The rooms looked a little bit better than the outside. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. There should be a mat for the floor when getting out of the shower.

After learning there is a $15 processing fee in order to get my room, got a double bed room after ordering a king bed room. The door handle was broken and didn't close tightly plus the soap dispenser was empty or didn't work.,,

Cleanest of room very poor not enough towels for more then 1 guest , no house keeping room service at all

they never went to clean the room or change the sheets. when we got there the floor was dirty like they didnt sweap the floors.

Just what we needed when our flight was canceled. Staff was very friendly.

712 Inn is definitely past its prime. The rooms are very dated and not terribly dirty but not spotless for sure. The rates are good but I do t think I would stay again.
