The place is a mess the rooms weren’t clean, there was condom wrapper on top of the vanity a baby cucaracha scrolling on the bed we left in that moment and they still charged me for a night for room so no I don’t recommend that place

Small little private owned property. Very clean and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend. Cute and clean little pool. We will definitely stay here again!

The rooms looked a little bit better than the outside. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. There should be a mat for the floor when getting out of the shower.

After learning there is a $15 processing fee in order to get my room, got a double bed room after ordering a king bed room. The door handle was broken and didn't close tightly plus the soap dispenser was empty or didn't work.,,

Cleanest of room very poor not enough towels for more then 1 guest , no house keeping room service at all

they never went to clean the room or change the sheets. when we got there the floor was dirty like they didnt sweap the floors.

712 Inn is definitely past its prime. The rooms are very dated and not terribly dirty but not spotless for sure. The rates are good but I do t think I would stay again.

it was a very pleasant stay, and was very convenient to where we needed to be.

The motel is an older one but was very clean. There are some minor renovations that are needed such as paint touch ups where repairs were made made to walls; but a good place to stay for the price.

I had to park a 26 foot U-Haul and they had me park it where it would be on camera. It made me feel like it was safe and no one bothered it.
