Location was excellent. I can honestly say there was nothing that I didn’t like.

Size of room...amenities in room...location Beds were a bit to firm

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and definitely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was amazing. Mary at the front desk was extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. She also gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and things to do while we were in Myrtle Beach, which we really appreciated. The made-to-order breakfast was top tier and such a nice addition to our stay! The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Overall, we had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The hospitality, cleanliness, and service truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach!

Attractive lobby, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Pantry store had good selection of items, convenient restaurant/bar in lobby nice for breakfast or a late night meal and drink.

Room was clean. The lobby is renovated, which gives a great first impression when arriving. The location is quiet at night and right next to the mall, making it easy to walk over and go shopping. Would stay here again.

The room and property were amazing, but when we were trying to get to sleep, we could hear the people in the room next door with young kids making a lot of noise, so suspect the walls are not soundproof. Otherwise, the property was amazing.

Even with a power outage causing disruption to the checkin process, I was given a room with no key (the maintenance gentleman opened the room for me. I returned after midnight, and my keys were waiting for me. Very impressive! The price was a little high, but considering the effort the staff put into making everyone’s stay exemplary, it was worth the price.
