How pleasant it was and clean No inside pool

Liked the location of the hotel was not far from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. There was a mall next door but we did not have chance to go there since most of our time was spent at the beach with our dogs. We did have a problem with the air conditioning and the refrigerator but issues were resolved fairly quickly. Staff was friendly. Good variety of items for breakfast.

There are fleas in the rooms. Horribly disgusting. FLEAS ARE IN THE ROOMS

Good breakfast options and coffee all day. Great location too. The outdoor lights at night are too bright (blue) for the lower level rooms, its shines in through the curtains even when they are drawn. Shower room with toilet needs a place for a night light, no one wants to turn on the overhead light to pee in the middle of the night.

Fantastic place to stay!! Jessica at the front desk always had a pleasant greeting and a smile on her face. She’s great!! The buffet breakfast covered all corners of the stomach and got your day going. I plan on returning to the peaceful, clean and quiet suites which were spacious and exceptionally e great place to stay. The airport shuttle supplied was on point and the drivers were very professional. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from me, visitor from NJ . Thanks for a pleasant experience🫶🏽

Ok. Needs better cleaning! The sofa bed mattress was not ok.

Too many issues with my rooms (2). Room # 1, air conditioner full blast wouldn't shut off. Maintenance came twice, second time, did a work around for a temporary fix. Spider in the refrigerator. Room # 2, garage disposal cracked, water all over the floor. Used a small trash can until fix, which it was. Refrigerator top shelf ruined my food, top shelf full of water, appeared & noticed the second day. Both rooms, cleaning on a schedule; however, why would a 4-day stay cleaning be the day before checkout. We had to constantly pull trash, ask for towels, ask for some cleaning. Then you had to describe the type of cleaning needed, full, partial, only towels and toilet tissue. Way too much work while on vacation.

Our room was beautiful and spacious with all the comforts of home. The breakfast was always hot and delicious and the cooks very friendly and accommodating. There was a Wednesday evening Social where they served soup, salad, wine and cheese. Most enjoyable!
