Ok. Needs better cleaning! The sofa bed mattress was not ok.

Location & Staff. Too many issues with my rooms (2). Room # 1, air conditioner full blast wouldn't shut off. Maintenance came twice, second time, did a work around for a temporary fix. Spider in the refrigerator. Room # 2, garage disposal cracked, water all over the floor. Used a small trash can until fix, which it was. Refrigerator top shelf ruined my food, top shelf full of water, appeared & noticed the second day. Both rooms, cleaning on a schedule; however, why would a 4-day stay cleaning be the day before checkout. We had to constantly pull trash, ask for towels, ask for some cleaning. Then you had to describe the type of cleaning needed, full, partial, only towels and toilet tissue. Way too much work while on vacation.

Our room was beautiful and spacious with all the comforts of home. The breakfast was always hot and delicious and the cooks very friendly and accommodating. There was a Wednesday evening Social where they served soup, salad, wine and cheese. Most enjoyable!

It is always a comfortable stay every time. Clean, comfortable room with everything you need available and ready for you when you arrive. I love the Hilton brands. It never disappoints. What is there not to like about this hotel? Like really? Everything is A++.

Superb

The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and convenient. The shuttle was the reason we booked here and the mall right behind the hotel was perfect.

When entering the bathroom there was dead cockroach about 2 inches big laying on floor, also had to turn water on to toilet. Room was what i asked for, but had to ask front desk for help putting sofa bed down. breakfast was fine

On the night of arrival, there a roach crawling on the wall in my assigned room.

All staff were polite, greeted with a smile, willing to assist when asked. Breakfast was fantastic. Theere were a variety of options to meet different health and nutrition needs. The location was perfect. The hotel was close enough to the beach, mall, restaurants, beach wear stores, and other tourist attractions(5-10mins drive). On the night of arrival, there a roach crawling on the wall in my assigned room.

One of my favorite hotels in the Myrtle Beach area! Hotel staff is very nice! Safe area.
