Days Inn by Wyndham Nanuet / Spring Valley

Room was very clean and looked like it was remodeld. The gentlemen at checkin was polite and friendly. It is a continental breakfast, that is located in the small checkin room. One has to sit on a high stool to put their food on the counter. Air Conditioning not working that day in that room. The parking is good.

First, the registration office is kind of hidden and it was hard to find it. The room was not very clean and there are really no amenities. The breakfast area doesn't even have tables, only a few bar stools and a high bar area. Also, regarding breakfast, if you can call it that. There's really nothing available except for a few muffins, coffee, apple and orange juice, nothing else.

And all they offer for breakfast is packaged muffins, orange drink and apple drink , (notice how I didn’t say juice).

Room lighting was poor.

adequate Staff support in bring lugguge up 14+ stairs to room. Age not considered in assigning room to room - older adults should have primary access to 1st floor rooms.

The staffing and room was just great

I like the fact they had a tv where you can go on YouTube. Room is very spacious and clean. Since there’s a refrigerator I think hotel in general should atleast offer small bottles of water especially if there’s a coffee maker in the room or tea bags.

The room was nice did not like the check in it's away from the rooms and I could not find it

I like the coffee in the morning. I didn't like that there were limited amenities. There is no phone in the room. No iron. Two tiny bars of soap: one towel and a washcloth. The room is old and outdated. Needs to be upgraded. The bathroom sink stopped up the whole time.

The swimming pool looked great! There’s a good Colombian restaurant next door. Unfortunately, I discovered the bakery too late. Looked great. Claiming to serve breakfast in the hotel is a joke. Coffee, juice and packaged muffins. And the man at the desk at night has no concept of hospitality. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms need a lot of work. The hair dryer was cracked, the toilet paper holder had been yanked off the wall. The chairs old. The sheets are shorter than the bed, which was very comfortable. So, back to my first line… don’t go in the room until you’re ready to go to sleep!

Very easy to travel

I walked into the hotel room, looked around and walked right back out. The bed had stains on it. The tub looked filthy. The furniture was dirty. And so was the carpet, I had to go get another hotel room.

2) Bath room was hardly working 3) The care taker did not know about the remote for cable. However, the other person helped me 4) no simple breakfast provided ( 4 Star ?) change the management . Security was no good. For ladies , this place not recommended The gentleman on 29th morning was very helpful

The TV did not work, the “menu” was not available from the service they advertised. The exterior property needs work
