We also very much recommend the in-room spa services. We had a couples massage and the whole process from booking, to the valet setting up, to the massages themselves, was excellent. A couple things that could be tweaked: the gym is outdoors (covered tent structure) and small, so not ideal for a solid workout if that’s important to you. The concierge was helpful for local info, but we got different answers from them vs. when we called one of the places we wanted to visit

This was a very good hotel which is now just good. That doesn’t mean bad, or even ok, but just good. They do the basics alright, but you kind of feel like you are in school a bit: early to bed (no bar late night), lots of admonitions and environmental alerts in the room, no wine/bar in the room. Almost as if this wine country property is Mormon owned. The front line staff (breakfast) are very kind and hard working, but the FOH/management is weak. New faces every time at the front desk, casual/uncoordinated golf shirts, and no recollection that you have stayed there 40 times. Most concerning was no night manager for 15-30 min on a Friday night @ 11:30 PM. So my wait for some waters was long, and not ok. This is a well located hotel that has lost its way at the top. I will stay again, but not until they again get their act together.

This place was insane! Everything about it was amazing! The hospitality, location, amenities, it was all perfect.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff! As a guest you have access to great perks, including the use of their fleet of Lexus vehicles at your leisure. Yountville is an incredibly unique, quaint, and timeless sliver of heaven—I would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious dose of R&R!

Everything was perfect!

Everything was fine here. Everyone was polite. Service was slow but fine. Breakfast is tasteless but adequate. Gym is a joke. It literally is a tiny space with nothing but three machines. Not worth the money. For the amount they are charging, I expected the gold standard. This felt more like your average hotel with average amenities. Nothing to brag, but a lot to be desired

Wow… this property was 10/10. Location, service, the quality of the rooms, and all of the extras like the loaner bikes to ride on the trail. While I’ve been to Napa dozens of times, this was my first visit staying in Yountville; I don’t think I can stay anywhere else now.

This is a 5-Star hotel across the board. From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We had a short tour of the property with the Reception Host upon check-in, showing off the highlights of the property. Tranquil, Relaxing, Peaceful, worth a return visit soon, are all words/phrases that come to mind. We hope to be back again sooner, than later.

The only thing I didn’t like much was the pillows, staff was great gave extra and better pillow but I couldn’t find the ideal fit for me. But it’s minor not a big deal 5/5
