Everything was fine here. Everyone was polite. Service was slow but fine. Breakfast is tasteless but adequate. Gym is a joke. It literally is a tiny space with nothing but three machines. Not worth the money. For the amount they are charging, I expected the gold standard. This felt more like your average hotel with average amenities. Nothing to brag, but a lot to be desired

Wow… this property was 10/10. Location, service, the quality of the rooms, and all of the extras like the loaner bikes to ride on the trail. While I’ve been to Napa dozens of times, this was my first visit staying in Yountville; I don’t think I can stay anywhere else now.

This is a 5-Star hotel across the board. From the moment we pulled in to the Valet, everyone was welcoming and helpful. We had a short tour of the property with the Reception Host upon check-in, showing off the highlights of the property. Tranquil, Relaxing, Peaceful, worth a return visit soon, are all words/phrases that come to mind. We hope to be back again sooner, than later.

The only thing I didn’t like much was the pillows, staff was great gave extra and better pillow but I couldn’t find the ideal fit for me. But it’s minor not a big deal 5/5

This was our second time staying at Bardessono and it will definitely not be our last. Gorgeous, tranquil property with beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful and I love that they have complimentary (and very good, I might add) coffee every morning in their bar/lounge area. The location cannot be beat as it is a short walking distance from great restaurants. I wholeheartedly recommend Bardessono for your next stay in Yountville/Napa Valley.

Spa, pool, service, Lexus shuttles, close in to town walkable. They need to upgrade the toilets in the room to totos like they have in the lobby/pool bath toilets!

Very helpful manager to check you in and the bell hop was great with the bags, unloading and loading our car. We would certainly stay again!

This property was visually beautiful and the staff were kind. The location is the most impressive part of the hotel. It did not stand out in quality and even though the rooms were apparently recently renovated, they felt dated. I expected more given the price point.

Went for my 50th birthday. Took my fiance who is handicapped in a wheelchair and she loved every moment of her stay. Staff was friendly and supportive. Property was clean. Beautiful resort.
