Absolutely amazing stay in Napa Valley! Everything on the property is so immaculately designed and decorated, and the staff were all so incredible in how attentive and helpful they were. This is an instant favorite and we will stay here again for our next trip to the area!

I absolutely love this hotel and already planning to go back next month! The room’s & bathroom are fantastic! The location is Prime. Very private, they have car service until 10pm. Highly recommend!

Rooms were beautifully updated. Property is well maintained and inviting. Our room had a fireplace high ceilings. We ate breakfast at the hotel one day. Enjoyed the pool and took the bikes out for a spin. Great place to stay.

I thought the hotel was really nice-our bathroom was clean but a little older. We enjoyed our experience.

At checkout staff member asked if I wanted my receipt send to my email. I agreed. It never came ( not in Junk either ). Back and forth communication to Hotel VIA Expedia staff said "third Party" doesn't publish emails or phone numbers so we couldn't verify what they had. Eventually hotel found a way to send a copy to me after all?

Improvements would include adding dessert to the late night room service menu, as it was not available. Second, it's hard to walk into a hotel in the first thing that you see are the backs of people sitting at the bar. That's pretty strange. The pool and the bar area next to the pool were great. The concierge was very helpful and had great ideas for our stay but her speed of response could be improved.

We had our trip well planned so we didn’t need to work with the staff or use many amenities but I was very pleasantly surprised how well maintained and clean the property was. Absolutely would recommend this property to others.

Located on the south end of Yountville, hotel Yountville is a fabulous place to stay. Spacious & bright room, great spa and pool area and a cute little lobby bar. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Furniture in room was not useful, only for decoration. Lobby bar closed on spur of the moment at 6:30PM with 7 patrons due to bartender issue. Onsite Manager did not offer to continue service despite requests to do so. I would not go back as there are better hotels in Yountville and vacinity at similar prices.

Our stay at Hotel Yountville was perfect. It exceeded our expectations. Classy, quiet, great customer service. Amazing location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. We will definitely be back. Thank you
