A wonderful small family hotel

I made the reservation based on information about its location from the internet. Upon receiving the confirmation I recognized that the address was not what I expected and having realized my mistake, I immediately called to cancel ( within 5 minutes of having made the reservation a week ahead of my planned stay and was told that, having paid at the time of making the reservation While I could cancel, I would not receive a refund. At that point I requested that Expedia also explain the mistake and they attempted to get the motel to issue a refund. The were told that a phone call could not initiate a refund and that they needed to send an email which they did. Two days later they were still awaiting a response, emailed once again and I called again. Two days later Expedia sent me an email saying that the would let me know as soon as they had a reply. Long story short, after two more calls from me when I was told that the desk clerk would leave word and reminder of my request to management and to call back. When I next spoke to the desk clerk he said that I was unlikely to get a refund but to call back one more time and I received no further communication from Expedia. There was no refund available despite having contacted them within 5 minutes of having made the erroneous reservation

The bedding was filthy and it had bugs in the bathroom. Also the room smelled like a locker room. I requested my money back and they would not return it. I rather sleep in the car than at this property.

No one stays on site during the night so there was no help to call except the police when some person kept yelling in the parking lot and banging on doors. And when I tried to talk to the attendant the next morning at checkout he was talking to me from the bathroom

It was pretty decent for the price. Only thing was we had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive at the front desk in the morning around 7 or 8.

Dumpster!!! Broken furniture,, broken smoke detector, electical tape holding the lamp together, outlet not secured to the wall, buttons broken on A/C unit-unable to adjust, no privacy blinds for first floor bathroom. Pics 20 years outdated, no amenities, dite notes amenities. Owner on premises and does not care. Hotels.com should be required to do Qaulity checks on facilities they advertise. Major safety issues for this facility, should not have an Occupancy Permit.

Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about

This is a hidden treasure Motel, my wife and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were beautiful nice and clean.

stayed at this motel yesterday and was very disappointed. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not clean, and there was a bad odor throughout the room. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms are very spacious and clean great staff front desk and manager are very friendly and helpful and the staff does an excellent job on cleaning and maintaining the place and the location right in the middle from everything go one you go to the beach not even 20 minutes go the other shopping, restaurants and it's very peaceful away from 41 but off of 41 meaning you can't hear the traffic because the rooms are built more towards the back of property not right on the highway all in all great place to stay and get away

The website shows a breakfast, but there was none and no dining area. Not sure where the pictures came from. Room was very cold upon arrival, just the way I like it! The manager was friendly. Checkout time is 10, not 11.
