The room was clean, nice staff, breakfast was excellent, but the room wasn’t ready at the time to check in, we have to wait more than 10 minutes.

The full breakfast buffet was very good and plenty. Rooms were very clean; beds comfortable...could use firmer pillows. Smiles everywhere from staff. Quiet, no hassles of any kind. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Hotel was clean and beautiful. The front staff (especially Mary!) were welcoming and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great (nice, strong jets!). The view of the waterway including some alligator sightings really made the stay. The bar with access from outside was convenient and the breakfast was good as well. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the Naples area!
