Quiet peaceful with a bar and food right next to it Only problem was they had to service staff

Nice property with a great staff, but the lobby has a major odor issue. Unfortunately, the lobby smells strongly of fast food. The hotel desperately needs to either relocate the pool-service kitchen or invest in a high-quality ventilation system. The persistent smell of grease is really off-putting.

The room was very specious but the shower could’ve been cleaner as it has moldy edges. The restaurants were good but not enough options for kids. The staff were always very helpful and kind.

The rooms we had, had problems with the AC. It was cooling and the rooms were at temp of 75 to 78

Fantastic hotel with kind & caring staff who go above and beyond to be sure that you have everything you need. Spacious and clean rooms and wonderful amenities. Can’t wait until we can return!

Had an amazing time. Room was great. They upgraded me for free. Got two free drinks. Parking was free. Pools were amazing. Bars were wonderful. Food was gourmet. Staff was super friendly and answered all our questions. A boat takes you to an island with a beautiful beach for free. They had a ping pong table. The breakfast is not included but they have great food and drink options. Couldn’t be happier with my stay. Will definitely go back next time I visit Naples.

I loved how there was a coffee maker and I love how clean and super modern the hotel and outside were. The food was so good. They also had a playing area for the kids outside! Totally recommend going there!
