Everybody was absolutely wonderful. Nobody was in my business at all.

Front desk evening staff was wonderful....owners 😔 terrible. They dont know the meaning of basic customer service. Do not recommend... They don't deserve your hard earned money...go somewhere else..anywhere else. 😊

guaranteed a no step access, room was 2nd floor, elevator out. customer who checked in after us was not handicapped and was given a first floor room, and yes I believe it was discrimination

The room was really clean and the fridge worked. No problems at all.

We were looking for a clean place to sleep for the right price. This is what we got. The room was immaculately clean and furniture was in new and excellent condition. The one exception was the bathroom had a few drops on the toilet seat but luckily we had wipes. We had the room next to the office with a well lit parking space. There many sketchy and unsavory folks wandering around late at night and you have to be kind of adventurous to stay at a place like this.

The facility had been recently renovated, so it was not bad. It was a level of rust and tarnish around the edges. Also, a lot of the people living there I suspect are being supported by the state. This always makes me nervous about security.

The toilet got clogged after 1st use, I was told I had to unclog it myself with no apologies

Hotel is dated not the cleanest, my wife and I aren’t picky travellers as long as things are clean, this was right on the edge even for us, long story short we got what we paid for and at the end of the day it was a “clean” place to lay down we come down this way yearly for nascar in Loudon but this hotel is definitely not going to be part of next years planning.

Appreciated that the room had a frig and microwave. Service did not inquire if we needed more towels. There were loud voices outside all hours of the night. Bed was comfortable enough. Needed an extended stay but because of rate hikes had to pay extra to keep the same room. We have had accommodations at different hotels and we've experienced registration personnel more friendly and helpful than here.

It was as expected, sub par. Alot of noise from people outside my room for long periods of time, found multiple ants crawling around, on me and in the bed. Pillows were extremely low quality with no covers. Towels had stains on them.you get what you pay for is definitely the situation here.

Booked a non-smoking room but got smoking. Staff said they couldn’t change it.

Overall the stay was good.

There was no shampoo, not enough pillows, and no facial tissues or any other kind of tissues in the room. The refrigerator and microwave oven were also not properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves. There were also a lot of people smoking around the property, so guests should be aware of this. Overall, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would much rather stay at a hotel with basic amenities and a continental breakfast than stay here again. The experience did not meet reasonable expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Arrived at midnight and wouldn't allow any kind of late checkout.
