Perfect place to Stay ! Comfortable

So I booked my room at at the Sheridan in Nashua because it was convenient and the amenities showing ,a pool, a restaurant, free breakfast and when I checked in the guy told me I got free breakfast when I got up in the morning and went to get my free breakfast. I was told it’s only for platinum members, and the restaurant was closed due to construction of a casino so there was nowhere to get food except for to order from the Starbucks counter and there’s no complementary coffee down in the lobby. It was only in your room so I would’ve had to wake my grandkids up to get a cup of coffee when I asked about it. None of the employees seem to care like there was no amenities because of the construction there was no pool that was another reason I booked it the restaurant was closed except for the bar restaurant at night for a few hours anything you need you basically either had to buy whatever they had at the Starbucks counter or go out and get something. Every floor had animals on it. The hallways were filthy every day. I walked up and down my hall I was there for three nights, the same hairballs from the dog that was staying down the hall for me. The same hairballs were on the rug so for three days, they did not vacuum the hallways and every floor had dogs except for the seventh floor, so it was everywhere. The grounds were a mess. It was just very disappointing and from the minute I checked in it was one disappointment after the other after the other so I do not recommend this

Never stayed there but was billed for two nights

Over all very nice hotel. Good location and very cool interior and exterior look. Comfortable and clean room. Parking is not ideal with only lower level parking far from the entrance. The staff lacks personality but was fine. Food/snack choices are very limited. Overall nice but the gym is in a temporary location as of 8/30 and the on site dinning has a limited menu and is poorly rated online .

From the moment I arrived, the staff made a great impression. I was greeted by people who seemed genuinely interested in making my check-in process quick and easy while remaining friendly, hospitable, and caring. That level of service set the tone for the entire stay. The property has been recently renovated, and it shows. The rooms felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. My room was generously sized, providing plenty of space to unwind after a long day. Most importantly, I had one of the best nights of sleep I've had in a hotel in quite some time. One of the highlights was the peaceful view of the trees behind the property. It created a sense of tranquility and made the hotel feel like a well-kept hidden retreat rather than a typical roadside stop. Overall, the Sheraton Nashua combines excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a surprisingly serene setting. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Had an amazing time at the Sheridan in Nashua the beds. There are so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The rooms were extremely clean. Had a huge TV. The staff there are super friendly a great place to stay if you’re in Nashua.

Very good

The lobby, rooms, restaurant as great. The temperature in the room around 2 am would get very warm even when we lowered the temperature on the thermostat. That was our only issue. Not great for sleeping. Room temperature at night

Location is the best, very clean and roomy No microwave shampoo and lotion smell manly really should have a pool when you bring it up it shows the pools. usually I don't use them but I had my granddaughter with me. I love staying here but I would of booked one with pool for her.

The rooms where clean and spacious. The younger girl with glasses and brown hair was not very friendly checking in. I felt she had a bit of an attitude when I was checking in and asking questions. I was totally bummed that they dont have a restaurant open for lunch and all they had was the over priced cafeteria thing. The hotel was nice and some of the staff were helpful as well. The property was was wonderful and pretty

Tidy room; Comfortable bed and pillows.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was only serviced after the first night. We ran out of tissues, complementary coffee and clean towels by the second day and when we requested to have the room serviced nothing happened and no explanation. Also although the rooms are quite large the design of the bathroom is atrocious. With the closet in the bathroom with no way to open the closet doors without closing the inward swing bathroom door that conflicts with the closet doors, and the sink. The bathroom is not big enough to comfortably dress in especially when steamy following a shower.

I was in a room that had joining doors, my door didn’t shut all the way and I could clearly hear the conversations of the people in the room next door. Also the main door wasn’t sealed so all the light came in the room.
