Love the Brown County Inn, have visited many times. Very clean rooms & great hotel & restaurant staff. Pool was overwhelmed with so many kids & lots of chlorine smell, would be nice to have adult only pool times, especially on holiday weekends when many adults are staying without children. Was difficult to get in pool to swim, with all the kids constantly monopolizing the pool & crazy with the cannonballs jumping & toys. Should be able to share better for everyone to enjoy. Maybe next time.

Good amenities

The whole staff ( including restaurant) to the last goodbye were 5 star plus.
-
Friendly & helpful associates. Clean & room supplied with all needs
-
The pool, the helpful staff, the games, the restraunt, the bar, the location, the whole experience was again seamless and wonderful No elevator. But staff does try to accommodate when you ask for bottom floor
-
The staff, the entire property was beautiful, the pool water was warm to swim No air conditioning we are miserable all night

Convenient to brown county park. Great bed. The breakfast buffet was $15. It turned out you had to pay extra for orange juice. The oatmeal was cold. Not sure about biscuits and gravy. The eggs and bacon were fine. I would have been satisfied if that was included in the room rate which was a bit high.

Wonderful stay at a great property with friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant.

Everything was great as always! Love the friendly staff, the food, the pool, close and convenient parking, and the location and ease of getting to the shops. I would love to see an upgrade on the flooring although the carpets are cleaned often.

Stay here with my family for a mid week trip. Was the best family stay experience we've had at a location like this. The multiple activities (pool, playground, mini golf, etc.) made sure there was never a bored kid between trips into Nashville and the surrounding area, Being able to walk a paved trail into Nashville, along with the 8 minute drive to Brown Count State Park, made this the perfect place to stay. Any future trips to Brown County we will be staying here.

The location is perfect for discovering the shops that are within walking distance

Everything except the restaurant. The restaurant food was to upscale. It's a country in not in New York. The food was terrible and high priced.
-
My only complaint is that the hotel is very dated and has a very musty smell. My room was nicely updated & clean. I had to ask for a dehumidifier to help with the smell. Staff very friendly.

Affordable. Love buffets on weekends and the many choices! We appreciated the front staff accommodating and allowing us lower floor due to knee issues! Would love for you to open for breakfast at 7:30 but I know that's a staffing issue! :)

Very clean and kept up It was quite we asked for a fridge or was there before we got to our room. There restaurant had great food. There bar had great bands. We will be back highly recommended

Property seemed run down, rooms were plain and little character. We interacted with 3 front desk employees. Only the last person we dealt with was pleasant or inviting. Overall an ok stay but after walking around town, realized there were multiple better options to stay.

I love staying at Brown County Inn. It is so clean everywhere, the bathroom, the bedroom, and the premises. The location is perfect also, right near the town area with all the cute little shops. In the eeing, we enjoyed the bar area and listened to fantastic musicians singing 60s, 70s, 80s music.

Room was spacious and updated. Parking was ample. Musty odor upon entry to registration area. Only have complimentary coffee from 6-8 a.m., and coffee was "out" before 8 a.m. Would be nice to have some complimentary water and coffee in registration area for an extended period so as to make you feel welcome. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs to second level.

One of our favorites about this place was the direct access to a paved walking trail. Its along a creek which one way takes you to grocery & downtown. The other direction is nature. The pool is amazing. The staff is wonderful. The beds are so comfy. Water pressure in shower is great. So many activities is right there on the grounds. The room is so spacious & clean. Loved also the sliding glass door with private area to sit outside of your room. There was nothing we did not like but if we had to peck at some things, they would be: a bigger TV, a stand beside the chair in the room & healthier breakfast buffet options along with what they had.

We love it there.
