Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville

Bad

Exceptional

Bed was too soft (old) and window unit was noisy.

Exceptional

Stayed one night. Didn't partake of any of the motels amenities, but our room was very clean, as was the rest of the motel. Bed was comfortable. Clerk who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The clerk who was working later that night didn't even look up to say hello when we returned to the hotel later in the evening. All in all, a good experience for the price.

Great location. Close to alot of places to eat. Clean and comfortable.

I didn’t stay here

The one thing I didn’t like was our room fire alarm going off this morning. Just ours & nobody else’s!

Fantastic stay

Honestly the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel and a super solid free breakfast. The hotel is also only a short drive to downtown Nashville which is nice.

New and very clean, great access from I40, very good value for the money. The breakfast is standard Comfort Inn quality.

Pretty nice stay

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good.

Easy off highway access Arrived and staff was no where to be found for 15mins, no shampoo or soap in bathroom for shower upon arrival.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always well stocked and good. The staff were very friendly! Not too many stores or restaurants in the area and farther than I wished from downtown- my mistake though!

Liked that they had filtered water available in their gym. Didn’t like that the one main protein vegetarian option for breakfast was the individual omelets which had ham in them. Looked like bell peppers which were also in there, so you take a bite and there’s the ham. No sign alerting us they had meat. Wish we’d requested a room away from the main road as traffic noises made it hard to sleep. Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of towels.

The smoke free room smelled like smoke big time. I was curious as to how with smoke detectors in the room and noticed it was covered with a lotion or Vaseline. After googling why it would be covered like this since I was up at Midnight did teach me why it was covered. Someone used the substance to smoke in the supposed to be smoke free room. When I asked the front desk clerk what was the cause of the alarm, she said she didnt know. I asked if I was the only one she said no there have been several complaining. I told her that we paid for a peaceful sleep.. and didnt get it. So maybe we are justified. I told her about the smoke alarm being covered in the room and that only reason we noticed was because of our 12am alarm clock. She didn't care. Horrible hotel. I will never stay there again, and may never use this service again.

good

This location was great. Shopping is really close. The property is well maintained. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff was friendly as well.. Do Not use the laundry room here. The non stackable machine will make your clothes smell when you take them out. I had to re-wash them and NO refund was given. Apparently only the manager can issue refunds and not the front desk staff. I have yet to hear from the manager as they were not on duty during my 4 night stay. They are cashless. The room was very musty. We asked to be moved but the room across the hall was musty as well. People had their dogs out in the hotel.
