There was nothing to like , rude staff and just want your money I didn’t like everything it was the worst experience

Roaches everywhere

I would have liked to know a little more details up front. There was no service available for the room. I dumped my own trash and my deposit was taken for two items in the bathroom trash can. If I had known I would have also dumped the small trash. I was told my room had trash in it and that was not true all the towels were still there and wash clothes it may have been two or three pieces of paper in the bathroom trash I was there 7 days and there was no service for the room. Communication on what was expected of me and what was not going to be done within the seven-day period I didn't mind washing my own tiles but there was no service available and on top of that my deposit got taken like I left the room trash that's not me

The front desk man Tim is amazing…this nice and clean and I have had no issues highly recommend

It was cheap and quiet. The full kitchen was nice Too many bugs in the room, yellowish pillows, the room keys glitched several times locking us out, the power went out at one point, and the staff were very rude when they banged on the door and let themselves in on a complete lack of privacy and screamed at us all for a weekly "room check." When their systems went down, they couldnt reload our key cards for the week so they actually told us to "keep a windows open" to let ourselves back in until they fixed their computers- 2 days later. The general manager called us liars when we asked for a refund for the days we were completely locked out of our room, basically paid for the days and I had zero access to the room. Thankfully i didnt leave my phone or anything inside. I did not feel safe there and it smelled off. You could smell weed outside some nights too.

Great Nothing

The staff was nice and the front desk guy was very helpful. The hotel room didn’t look like how it was in the pictures. And there was cockroaches and bedbugs

Early check in • front desk lady tried to enter our room without permission (I wasn’t fully clothed) • room had a bad smell • no house keeping or toilet paper was given • WiFi didn’t work half of the time • hot water stopped working the night before we were leaving • neighbors kids and dogs were constantly running around outside the doors. • bathroom door knob was broke and toilet constantly running

I made a reservation and went to check in 3 different times. The first was at 2 pm was told no rooms were clean . Manager told me to come back. I returned at 4 pm still no rooms available. I then returned to property at 6pm manager never came to the door and only came out because he wanted to get violent. I called Expedia and didn't get and help or follow up. So how do I recommend something if it doesn't even work for me
