The hotel was good. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The grits were great. There were hot and cold items to choose from. The bar staff were great. They were friendly and welcoming. They also shared several restaurants and sights to visit.

This is worth the stop

My room overlooked the river, a beautiful scenic view. The room was clean, very comfortable with Direct TV. Breakfast was generously served by a friendly staff with one staff person monitoring the dining area for cleanliness. I appreciated the hospitality extended by the hotel. Look forward to future stays.

I look forward to staying here again. Great location, comfy beds, ample parking, helpful staff, nice breakfast.

I didn't like that my room was all the way to the end of the hall on the third floor. The plaster was coming loose at the ceiling in the bathroom, but it looked like someone had tried to repair it. This was my first time at the Grand Hotel in Natchez. It was an okay stay, but nothing to brag about. I will stay there again, but on a different floor.

Plan ahead when coming and get a rental car to truly explore the town but also ask ahead for pickup and drop off because Uber and Lyft is almost non existent and the ride will be 25$ per person if you want to utilize the hotel shuttle.

I didn't like the housekeeping part.I left the room at 1030am. Told the lady at the front desk the toilet was broken. And we also told housekeeping we needed room service and towels.Came back round 8pm.The bed wassnt made up at all.And there were no towels in the room. I had to go down stairs and ask for more towels and tissues...I am very disappointed at the housekeeping staff.

Couldn’t get the tv to work. The biggest complaint was there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Real inconvenience. I called ahead to see if I could check in early, I was told yes then when I got there there , I had to wait an additional 10/15 minutes by that time it was check in time. The front desk lady that checked me in was really nice. The property was nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The lovely staff

It was close walking distance to a lot of things and breakfast and the man serving was a delight

We like the bed and the view! The drawers on the dresser kept coming open by themselves and the carpet smelled old like it needed to be cleaned and the bathtub would not drain, we were standing in water taking a shower!

It said Riverview, but you could barely see the river. Our room was so hot. We had to switch rooms because the air conditioner did not work to move us to another room, but it did not have a microwave like our first room. Second room had a lamp, but the shade was just hanging there broken. Shampoo was mostly water. Was very disappointed with the room.

It was so much more than I expected. I will definitely be staying there again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds
-
Staff and value top notch as always. Perfect location.

The beds were comfortable, although the bedding could do with updating. Using a fleece sheet in the summer wasn't very thoughtful. Breakfast was satisfactory but offered only a limited selection. One aspect I found unusual was having two members of staff serving items in what was otherwise a buffet-style breakfast. A self-service setup would likely be more efficient and provide guests with greater convenience.

We were in town for the Natchez Food and Wine Festival at the convention center, The Natchez Grand is right across the street and close to everything! Clean rooms and Friendly staff! Shout out to the bartender, he makes a mean Old Fashion!

Needs some maintenance and updating some of the amenities. No dedicated charging ports.

Bend a bit for travelers arriving early. I'm on a motorcycle riding early to minimize exposure to intense afternoon late-July heat and sun. Was told the check-in time, 3:00 was not negotiable. No heads-up on when a room might be ready. "Come back then."
