Location, location, location! Request a room with a view of the Mississippi and watch the barges pass by your room, or walk the path right along the river. Conveniently located for walking everywhere or catching the sightseeing bus tour. The room was spotless, and the staff member who checked me in at around 10 pm was extremely friendly. The air conditioning in the room was excellent. The water pressure in the sink and shower was great. The citrus soap provided was so amazing that I ordered some from the soap company and had it sent to my house. Breakfast was a fresh & satisfying start to the day; nothing too fancy and definitely filling.

We have been to Natchez many times, and talked about staying here. I’m glad that we did, because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is prefect, and the view from our room was amazing. We especially enjoyed the large flowering pink trees outside our window. Even though it was hot outside we still went for a walk along the river. The beds were very comfortable. However we were not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was okay, but the floor was not clean, and neither was the floor near the beds. The sheets were clean, but there was dust on everything. The breakfast was delicious. Yes I would recommend staying here not only because of the location, but because the staff was exceptional.

Our beds had not been made up with new linens when we arrived, but the maintenance guy came up and fixed it right away. We reserved a room with the Riverview and had a beautiful sunset over the Mississippi river. The breakfast was very good also. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the Riverwalk and a very good barbecue restaurant. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

We reserved a King Room with River View through Expedia and upon arrival was informed that there were no River View rooms available. The front desk clerk told us to always call the hotel direct when booking through a third party. We had checked the hotel's website and the River View rooms were available, so we booked. We did accept a City View room with 2 Queen beds. Once in the room quickly discovered the room had recently been smoked in. We can accept the disappointment of not having a room with a River View, but a smoked in room is totally unacceptable. We were moved to another room and enjoyed our stay.

Showing signs of aging and spray still left on bedside table and not wiped. Beds very comfortable and the view of the river was amazing!! Nice river walk and safe.

Staff was incredible but rooms are outdated and my main foor was difficult to latch properly. Will stay again, but the location was the highlight

Changed room twice and the room still wasn’t clean.

Bar closed early old furnishings and a carpeted floor

Check in was very very slow. The luggage carts had under inflated tires almost impossible to push and guide. There was black stuff around the bathtub caulking. The windows overlooking the river were so dirty that you could hardly see outside. My phone rang 6 times throughout the night with no one there. The hotel unnecessarily employed two people to dish out breakfast foods in a buffet line to limit what you could eat. Then at checkout, they charged me and extra $18 plus tax as some me sort of resort fee to cover the exercise room, in room phones, pool, Wi-Fi, etc. that should be included in the room charge. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME!

Felt worn down. Breakfast was powdered eggs and just was cheap. Bed was to soft but that is a preference thing

We need microwave in the rooms and kitchen staff are a little rude, they need to smile more while they’re working with public

The property is in an excellent location but slightly dated. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic from check in to check out. I will continue to stay here when I go to Natchez.
