Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Appleton International Airport

We needed a shuttle to the airport for 3:45 am and it was ready and waiting by 3:40! Very friendly service!

Quiet room on the fourth floor. Clean and nice room. Just a couple of suggestions to make it even better. Shower is unusable for older people--high sides, slippery, and no grab bar. Fitness center machines are too crowded--you're right up next to the person exercising beside you. And water in the lobby would be nice--no one wants to fill their water bottle at an unsanitary drinking fountain! But it's a lovely clean hotel other than that.

We slept in because the bed and pillows were the most comfortable of any hotels we’ve ever stayed in!

Need more of a selection for breakfast.

No check in person, need to use a phone to access a person. Only given 1 key for 2 people, had to go back to ask for a second key. No person tending breakfast area, have to go to front desk and use a phone, no hot coffee, have to go to front desk and use a phone. And so on. All little things but they added up! Disappointing stay!

Great property

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was well stocked and maintained. Room/bathroom were spotless. Everything was perfect! I look forward to staying there again.

Our room was in great condition, sparkly clean, with up to date decor and comfortable bedding. Staff was very helpful. Close access to the airport a prompt shuttle service and breakfast available was a real plus.

Loved the property. Great location. Wonderful food and drinks. We learned about their park and fly, will be back in November.

I will definitely stay at this property again. The rooms are very nice. The staff is excellent. I had an early morning flight and the shuttle was waiting for me when I checked out.

Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent.

Excellent all around. The staff was exceptional.

Just a nice clean place to stay, nothing spectacular or extraordinary, amenities were ok with the workout room being nicer than normal. Access to highway was excellent.

It was very close to the airport

This stay had a very good rating and was why I decided to stay here but upon arrival that changed. There were no staff at the front desk when I arrived and had to wait even though no one else was in the lobby. The place looked nice and when arriving to my room it looked normal but we found mold in the pillows and in the air conditioning vents in the room!! The breakfast was also very low quality and the staff took over 25 minutes to refill trays. The coffee was also very cold and when I asked a staff if we could get more coffee she said no and told me to ask someone in the front. The coffee was never changed until later in the day. The pool room was also poorly maintained. The water was cloudy and didn’t look clean at all. The floors were also mopped and there were no caution signs anywhere, so someone could’ve fallen because of that. Overall I would say if you can stay at a better hotel then do so.

Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised by this property. You always take a chance booking something online, but the reviews were spot on. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. I want to give a shout out to Rue(I hope that is correct), Cambria, Jack, Max,and Morgan. The property was clean, properly maintained, and welcoming.The workout room, while small, was clean and functional.
