Hampton Inn New Albany Louisville West

This hotel is in a walkable area of New Albany. It is a quick drive to anything in downtown Louisville. Great location. The building is aging, but it is well kept up. The room was newly renovated. We were comfortable for our one night stay.

The hotel was great. The staff and food was great.

Wonderful staff and a big comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast for our family. The only downfall was it rained and the pool is a outdoor pool My grandson had a melt down over that but not Hampton Inn fault that it rained. We will definitely staff again and hope for no rain.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The young lady working the shift was wonderful and went above and beyond during a horrible situation. I can not say the same for the manager or the morning clerk. I came to check in during the Hilton system issue. The manager didn’t come in to help with the situation leaving the young lady at front desk to fend for herself against angry customers. It took calling Hilton escalations team to get the young lady help to manually check guest into rooms. Other guest and my family waited 3-5 hours before getting a room. The breakfast was awful. I bit into a still partially frozen omelet, there was no juice bar like they display in the photos, most of the food trays were empty and stayed that way and I’m pretty sure Clover valley syrup (dollar generals brand) isn’t an approved Hilton syrup. I travel to New Albany about 10-12 times a year . I will be staying at the holiday inn across the street from now on .

Receptionist was very helpful as was the front desk clerk. We got in after midnight, they held our room and answered all questions. Very clean!

Nice clean safe room for an overnight stay. Decent breakfast

I called to the front desk and they moved us immediately to a different room. The rooms were clean and nice for our stay with our grands. We didn’t make it out to the pool but the area seemed clean. Breakfast in the morning was good. There is also a Waffle House across the street. We ordered take out from a bar and grill in walking distance

Breakfast was good. Not many options for those who are Lactose intolerant. Seating is poor. Not many breakfast options for those who are Lactose intolerant. Breakfast Seating is poor. Pool slopes too deeply for families with small children who cannot swim.
