Rooms were clean amenities are excellent and service was great

Needs to be cleaned top to bottom and furnishings very out dated, sticky floors and Bathrooms are terrible! Poor Space planning, should take a page from TRU by Hilton! Will never ever stay @ la Quinta again!!

I got a non smokers room and it had the signs that a smoker was there (black smudges on the wall, black marks on shower. I called to confirm whether it was a nonsmoking room and they said they couldn’t control their customers. There was a cigarette butt in the floor on the hallway. They gave me a towel with cleaning solution on there as a response to my concerns. I’ve used them for an extended stay on the third floor and that was nearly perfect. The second floor, this occasion, was rough.

Parking was easy and everything was nice and clean.

Room smelled, doors to hotel were broken and anyone could walk in. Breakfast was an abomination and is easily the worst hotel breakfast of all time. Would not recommend this hotel!

Lobby had a funky smell and room smelled of mildew. No toilet paper holder. Breakfast was poor with overripe bananas and overcooked eggs.

Hotel had a funky smell in the lobby area like rotten eggs. Room smelled of mildew. Breakfast was pathetic with overripe bananas and overcooked scrambled eggs . Juice machine had only one working juice. The bathroom had only one thin bar of soap and no holder for toilet paper. I had to wait ten minutes to check in because the clerk was gone somewhere. Mistake in the booking where they had me for two rooms instead of one. This place is OFF my list

We were very satisfied with everything! It was the first time staying at this chain, so we were pleasantly surprised.

Hot tub and pool were dirty.

The location near where I had to be. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. All the pillows were the same, no variation. The bed squeaked and the TV was difficult...took forever to get live tv on as if the internet connection was poor. After checkout I had to call and tried 3 times and would ring forever as if no one worked there...never got through

I messaged you prior to my rating and never heard back. Our stay was aweful! So aweful we didn't stay. Our first room had a bathroom that didn't flush. We asked for assistance to hear they will send someone. 40 minutes later- still no help, we tried to call the desk- no answer several times, we went back to the desk - we were then told the help went home and was asked to ask cleaning staff for help. Once I found cleaning staff they handed me a plunger to try to fix said issue! After 10 minutes of no success we requested a room change to be told only one room was left. He went to go check the room and offered one that there was a lock issue. We requested a refund to go find somewhere else and was told no and that a manager was planning to follow up with us the following day. We are still waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
