Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed for a week and everything was great, but the jetted bathtub was never cleaned.

Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Alexis was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained. A very pet friendly hotel with a pet area right out the back door. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Was off the highway but worth the extra miles. Felt safe and secure.

The place was vey awful, the rooms had a very bad foul smell, wouldn’t recommend for family especially with kids, the carpets were dirty, but the staffs were hospitable , but that doesn’t give a good experience

No elevator. Had to drag suitcase up the stairs.

They were running a dehumidifier in a room down the hall from my room the whole time I was there. The door to the room was open and it looked like they were trying to dry it out. I wondered if there had been a flood on that floor. The carpeting was worn and the doors a walls were scarred. The staff was nice.

The beds are hard as rocks here. Pretty sure I slept on the basement floor. Other than that breakfast was ok , it was clean, and staff helpful.

Rooms were clean and as expected. Breakfast was surprisingly plentiful! Great location for enjoying outdoor activities nearby. Several restaurants and shops nearby also.

I was told to use the thermostat on the wall to adjust the temperature. There was no thermostat. The bathroom fan was very loud. The fire alarm kept going off.
