Super 8 by Wyndham New Castle

Really enjoyed my stay here. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was. The room smelled fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I also felt safe during my stay, which is always important when traveling. The location is very convenient and easy to get to, with restaurants and stores nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels and everything I needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help spicialy Dev. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and great service and would happily stay again.

Cheap & clean, functional but dated. Entrance to parking lot by drain abysmal.

Many smaller annoying issues, but worst was that my non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke. Housekeeping coming at 7:45am was also a problem.

THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The bottom floor of the hotelappears to have flooded and not been remediated. The halls have several Glade air fresheners throughout to conceal the smell, but first floor rooms stink. I was moved to a room with no security latch.

Property was in poor physical condition! Strong pungent odor in hallway! Burnt out light bulbs in bathroom, and a detached part and stained shower tub! Definitely not as advertised! Cancelled return trip reservation for this property and warned everyone I know who makes the same trip every year for avoid staying at this property ever again!

There was absolutely nothing to like about the place. I didn't like the dirty rooms, the smell in the room or the hallways., the mold in the bathroom, the faucet handle coming off in my hand, the air conditioner that didn't work or the stains in the carpet.

Hotel is dated. Room was dated, clean; sink was very low, sink handle came off in our hand. Our window had a crack in it. The breakfast was ONLY plain waffles. Appeared to be in a safe area. Parking lot had craters in it.

It was a good price for a quick stay. The free breakfast is nice. Usually when I stay the place is cleaner. The rooms are starting to look a bit rough, holes in the wall, thermostat falling off, paint on the curtains, screws holding the door together... The beds need to be more comfortable also. I just feel there is a lot of room for improvement on this stay.

Stuff all over the walls, the room smelled bad so we switched rooms and that room stunk also. Their was a cockroach in the shower
