The place was nice but would but recommend that if you are going to do pay at property before you check in if you are going to use a different payment method then the one you used to book the room that you state that when you are greeted as they do not ask during the check in process and will charge you when check in. They never stated that and there is nothing at the front desk stating that that is how they do that because of this I will not be staying at this particular place again and when I talk to the manager they acted as if I didn’t know anything and pretty much dismissed it as a normal thing.

When I booked, it said 2 queens and a pullout couch. But our room only had 2 queens. When I called the front desk, he said they didn't have any rooms with couches. So booking.com got it wrong and I feel like I overpaid for a room!!

Staff was nice but the over all hotel is run down and out dated. The furniture and curtains smelled so bad of smoke it made our eyes watery and itchy. The shower didn’t work properly. Most of the water came out the faucet instead of the shower head. And the ac could not cool the room down.

This is a great location to at: you are on the main road, there is a gas station on the corner of one of the roads to the hotel, and everyone was kind and helpful. I would stay here again so I wouldn't have to deal with the traffic in Appleton.

It was average I only stayed one day and I didnt get any type of refund I tried to get a full refund and I got vague answers I stayed 1 day out of 4 and I didnt get any refund when I was told I would

Big sign in Breakfast area gave hours til 10:00 am at 9:00 am everything was cleaned up. So went out for breakfast.

Loved that the pool area was open late for adults! There wasn’t hardly any towels left in the pool area later at night. My husband and I had to share.

I was sick so The little interaction I had with staff was a very positive experience. I was sick I was glad the staff let me in as soon as room was available I am now in hospital so I have not checked if I was charged for second nite.
