A man with a sawzal I think drilling into door jams and cutting new holes in the doors went on for the 2.5 hours we were there. TV and WiFi were both out of service. We went to the front desk to say we were leaving and wanted a refund. The girl would not provide the last name of her manager who was not there. She said we would have to call in the morning. I filed complaints with Expedia, and my bank.

The rooms were spacious and the pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was basic, but the coffee cold. Kwik Trip is very close. Affordable option for the area.

No lights on in the parking lot until after 10PM. Lobby extremely warm AC not on. Check in was slow. Breakfast mediocre at best. Rooms were shabby and needing repainting.

My room was clean and the shower was great but my sink drained very slow which was problematic when washing hands because it would fill up. I had bath towels and wash cloths but they didn’t give me any hand towels. Last year the pool was closed so we called this year to make sure it was open and were told yes, however, an inspector came through and closed it till further notice and it never reopened. The breakfast was also not as good as past years. The hotel was under new ownership and seems to be declining. I hope they can turn it around because our group has been staying there every August for the past ten years and it has really gone down hill the last three years.

room was clean. Breakfast stick with the waffles, and sausage leave the eggs.
-
Tub was clogged , and toilet ran all night

Sub par is the most polite way to describe this inn. At least the place didn’t have bed bugs though.

The room smelled musty. There were few healthy options for breakfast and the scrambled eggs were so overcooked they were dry and chewy. There were never any towels in the pool and their were hand written signs up all over the place threatening guests.

The halls and elevators were dirty, our room reeked of smoke, and there was only nightstand next to our bed, so my wife had no nightstand on her side. Also, we only had three pillows rather than two for each of us, and the pillows were thin and flat. We did like the renovated bathroom and thought the breakfast offerings were good.

The only thing decent about the place was the free breakfast I didn't get the room I reserved. I paid extra for accomodations they refused to give me and even after showing them the booking they would not move me or refund the extra fee. The room was dirty. The sink wouldn't drain. The chair had pieces of fabric peeling off of it. The staff was incompetent. No one knew anything or how to supposedly get ahold of a manager. I later found out that the "employee" who acted like he didn't know what he was doing, was actually the owner. Zero stars, the only thing I recommend is never going here.

Clean Nand good water pressure

The property was very well kept and our room was very clean. The staff who checked us in was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again if we're ever in the area in the future.

In general not what i expected from a Wyndham hotel. If we paid half then maybe.

During the night, water leaked from the room above into our kitchen. By morning, the kitchen was flooded, and water was dripping from the ceiling light fixture, creating a serious safety concern. The room developed a strong damp odor that made our stay very uncomfortable. The room was never cleaned during our three-night stay. We were told that the hotel’s current policy was only to remove the trash and replace towels. This property is in urgent need of renovation and better maintenance. Our experience was far below the standard we expect from a Wyndham hotel, and we cannot recommend staying here. With all above problems, the owner confirm a low discount of 15%…. We paid more than $300 per night due to EAA AirVenture in the area.

The staff was helpful but the property itself is not well maintained. The hotel price was relatively higher and expensive due to EAA event. Rooms were not clean and surprised to know they recently changed their policy to make the beds after their owner got changed. It was so uncomfortable to sleep in the rooms with beds not made each day. The staff was generous enough that when I returned to the room in the evening and brought to their attention then front desk made the bed themselves even though housekeeping was off for the day but apparently they could also not do anything when it was the same scenario even though I informed them the day prior. I will not consider staying in this hotel chain again unless there would be a pressing reason. They said to contact the owner in the morning of the day to tell about my concern when there was no point in talking to him. Ideally he should have contacted me but seems like he is super rich and is not bothered about customer concerns.

Good clean room. Would stay there again

The front lobby was clean and made a good first impression, but the room itself did not. The carpets appeared dirty, and the room had a strong musty smell that made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Considering the price, I expected a much better experience. I appreciated the courteous staff and clean lobby, but overall I didn’t feel this hotel offered good value for the cost.

Location was good Hotel Staff was very friendly! Just a little out dated but still good

Staff was friendly and polite. In the bathroom the shower curtain appeared clean, however it smelled like vomit. It was very strong the first night.

Great breakfast. Even had fresh fruit.
