Stayed in New London because it was closest to Symco. I was the best rated Hotel. My husband and I have not stayed anywhere in a long time. Quality Inn was a very nice place. The TV did not work and the remote was broken which I communicated when we checked out. Over all enjoyed our stay very much. People smoking pot right outside the hotel side door. Very stinky and makes the nice hotel look like not so good of a place to stay.

However, we had stayed at this hotel previously and the property seemed to be less well cared for than a year ago. Our room was not well cleaned. There were crumbs under the mattress, greasy feeling grime on the bedside table, grease stains on one comforter. My husband also found a sock behind the couch that wasn’t ours, and my toddlers socks became filthy after running around barefoot in the room.

Nice hotel, excellent and kind service, comfortable rooms, complete breakfast, easy to park.

It has a convenient location, close to the town center and easy to find. Although it’s right next to the road, it was quiet at night. I stayed here for one night while attending EAA AirVenture, and it was much more convenient than staying in Green Bay. The coffee machine was dusty, and the bathroom door looked quite old.

Lets see ...garden tractor and bbq grill sitting right next to the lobby entrance...rain gutter on the lobby canopy falling off...side entry door only locked if you pulled it shut....trash and cigarettes on the ground by that door...all out screaming fist fight in hallway outside our room at around 10pm went on for about 10 minutes before the cops showed up.....room was ok ....so was staff...Iola car show room prices..about $200 per nite stayed 2 nites....wont be back.....

The room smelled musty / dirty. We found a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. This morning before we left we saw a diaper in the corner behind the night stand. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. Eggs were consistency of a milk shake. Sausage was cold and rubbery. Potatoes not fully cooked. Waffle iron had not been cleaned. Will never go back. Owner and staff should be ashamed.
