The decor and location are great, but that’s where the charm stops. There was a tram stop out front and we were given free passes for the tram (might have been leftover from a Mardi Gras promotion) The AC did not get cold - maaaaybe 75 - and made so many moaning and hissing noises. The room was located directly by elevator and very noisy. No breakfast that I was aware of. Valet parking we did for one night because it was open air and a rip off as it is basically a parking lot meant for guests of that hotel anyway. We parked on the street literally outside of fenced lot for the remainder of the trip

It's a beautiful property in a nice location. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the valet parking is quick. Only negative was a rather hard mattress

This was a very pretty and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were top quality, air conditioned and modern.

Stay was good!! Most of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Always seem to find one or two who may be having a bad day or need to find another livelihood. Overall, a very nice stay and we would visit again! Clean and comfortable!!

Convenient location and helpful staff I had a credit charge which I assume was the security charge, which was deducted and not refunded after I checked out. I messaged the hotel as I didn’t have any room charge, but didn’t receive an answer. The charge is still there and unresolved after 3 weeks.

It was clean and classy and the lady at the front desk was so kind and friendly.

Clean. Convenient location. Did not clean room/ bring towels. No blower in bathroom.

Overall I liked the hotel. It wasn’t a sterile, looks like every other hotel. I liked the unique vibe it had. I do wish it had a fridge. That would have come in handy. I really think it’s disgusting that they charge guest $8 for a bottle of water. I was told if I joined the Marriot/Bonfoy club, they would give me 2 bottles right then. So I did. But that was the only time. Suggest go to Chucks or Walgreens. A couple nights I was fighting the bottom fitted sheet that kept coming off because it was too small. Very annoying. One morning they came by earlier to clean the room but we weren’t ready yet. They never came back that day. We liked the breakfast at the restaurant there and also had drinks and dessert one night. The bartender was awesome. Would I stay there again, maybe not because I like to try new places. Also, I haven’t figured out yet if we have been billed correctly. Expedia says what to see is what you pay. It came out to be more belt taxes. Also I paid a down payment but it doesn’t show up on our bill. Will be looking that

Beautiful clean room with very comfortable bed. Great service at both the bar and restaurant. Walkable to so much and across from the street car line. A great stay!

On check in instead of the $75 hold on my card for incidental they charged the full price for my room. After 3 days they have not released the hold. Very disappointed with the situation for a hotel of this expense. While the property was nice I cannot recommend it.
