This hotel was MUCH cheaper than any comparable room in the same area. I didn't have high expectations, but it was actually better than I thought it would be. The space was clean and the bed was comfortable. I couldn't ask for much more for the price. The space is clearly showing signs of age. The fixtures were old and the bathroom was super small.

We highly recommend Maison St Charles - the property is gorgeous and the room was really nice and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful - it was an amazing value for the very reasonable price!

Staff is the star of this property. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early, the reception did have hot coffee available. Using RTA is not intuitive, their website is useless on phones, so a cheat sheet would have been helpful.

Property/rooms were very cool and have potential, but just seemed a little under maintained. We had to change rooms half way through our visit due to a leak in the ceiling, and then our next room the sink and shower drained very slowly. But overall I guess for the price it was an okay stay.

We booked a standard room which was small but clean and stocked. No issues with plumbing or AC. Beds were okay to sleep n, no different than most hotels. Satellite TV and free WiFi. Parking is cheap for the area, of $25, we just took the risk because we were tired and the second lot wasnt obvious to find- maybe look more into that before booking. This was a last minute trip for my husbands birthday so I didn’t. The courtyards are well maintained and beautiful. The hotel is right outside one of the last stops of the streetcar, so else enjoyed riding it down st. Charles. Our visit was at the WWII museum this trip, which was walkable from the hotel ~15 minutes. Nice overnight stay.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating..Felt like a home away from home.... Breakfast was amazing and the courtyard pool was refreshing... Definitely planning another stay ☺️

New Orleans garden vibes with flowering trees at my 3rd floor door! Nice pool! Loved the happy hour next door. ( Mr. Ed’s seafood) Arrived late with small trolley bumping around garden with all my stuff continually falling off. ( almost comedic)

We always enjoy our stays at the Maison St. Charles! We've been regular visitors for 10 years and have never been disappointed.

Very beautiful location and place, 110% recommend this place for anyone who wants a beautiful stay. Would come again in a heartbeat.

Loved the location and the staff, especially the front desk person Shania. She was pleasant friendly and professional. Loved the unique layout of the property and that there was secure parking. I didn't like the half shower door or the waterfall shower. I wasn't able to take a shower and not get a lot of water on the floor.

The room was decent I specifically looked for a place with private off street parking, which I paid extra for, but it seems that anyone could just use the parking and the restaurant onsite also took up all the spots. I was then told to park across the street in a open parking lot, which would be "patrolled" which is not what I paid extra for. Also the recpetion staff was a bit rude, after a long days of travelling you do not want to dealwith this kind of issues and rudeness.
