Holiday Inn Express New Orleans - Arts District by IHG

We book a queen room but got a bunk bed room. Over all we liked our stay very much.

Clean room, excellent staff, decent free breakfast, wonderful location. $48 for overnight parking… would stay here again.

The room smelled awful. We paid for parking then our car was booted. Forget using the shower. Just terrible all around.

Overall, room was clean!

The bedding was always very clean and fresh and the bed was comfortable. The tv only worked half the time and appeared to need to be replaced. Bathroom was tidy, but rust was apparent around the fixtures. Staff was very responsive and courteous. Breakfast was adequate and well attended to by the staff.

Thanks, a lot to the Holiday Inn team and the manager that they provide a great service not only on the phone, but also while I was staying there and they considered my concerns and provided a clean room with a great daily cleaning service. I had a great time, and I will recommend it to all want to visit New Orleans.

Easy on and off to the streetcar. Great breakfast. Clean.

Room was clean and neat. Plenty of lights and places to plug in phone charger, etc. Breakfast both mornings in the lobby. Coffee was really good. A/C worked marvelous!

Close to amtrak station

The staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was really good. The shower. The curtain did not hold the water back and it went all over the floor.

Multiple people smoking marijuana around the property.

The homeless people around affect the comfort of the hotel, the pee outside and inside of the hotel.

Parking was convenient and pretty easy to find. About a 10 min drive to the Smoothie King center. Not walkable

Room was clean, quiet, and the hotel location was extremely convenient!

Shower has mold all around the floor. There was no coffee maker or water bottle available in the room. In fact I heard the staff talking pretty rudely to a person staying there. They moved my luggage in the storage while I was out for dinner without checking I was staying 2 more nights there. It was not good at all.

Everything was great, checking was fast, front desk clerk was excellent
