The location was excellent. The room was very spacious. The kitchenette had everything a person would need for an extended stay.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was very loud( sounded like something rattling in it ) . The ac drowned out the tv in the room. The rollout bed wasn’t comfortable at all.

The hotel location was perfect. I've stayed here before and would return again. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast has a decent variety. I had to complete a lengthy video call while on site, and the wifi held up very well. I have no complaints. There is a relatively cheap parking lot about a block away.

Everything! The shower head!

Rooms are spacious and great for families but arriving late at night I didn’t feel safe, they have security but was many unruly guest at the lobby blocking the entrance. Breakfast was ok and super close to the convention center.

Dirty room with old food on counters, in corners and on carpet, stains, tacks in ceiling like a party was thrown. Constant dogs barking, fighting, fogged windows you can’t see out of. Looks like the place was stuck in a time warp and needed remodeled 15-20 years ago. Breakfast looked like it could have been great, but they put it away at 9:30 on a Sunday morning IN NEW ORLEANS!!! Ok so many you just grab an apple or banana and some coffee, NOPE! 9:31 it is ALL gone and you won’t get any of it, servers bolt. Never seen that in my life! You won’t even find a water pitcher in this place. Did I mention the pool was black on the bottom and the rickety shower had ok setting and that was tiny blasting stream that will peel your skin off!? I’m not a picky person but this place was sad. Only decent things really - bed seemed clean and fairly comfortable and front desk staff were pretty nice. I will NEVER stay again! Oh and don’t trust Expedia reviews, it was like an 8.2-8.4 on here but other places it’s rated really low. Hmmm…

I did recommend this hotel to a friend, and they had bed bugs in their room. Everything was ok with me.

I didn't feel like putting in a call to have the pot changed in 24 hours so I didn't request a new one, it's a small detail that if the room is being cleaned regularly the broken coffee pot should have been noticed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was mid. Generally, the place just needs a bit of updating. Other than everything was fine.

Bait and switch. Be wary. Booked a month in advance and was informed on arrival that the price was almost twice as much. Hundreds of miles from home on a Saturday night. Several other people were in the lobby complaining about this very same thing during my stay. Also, was told that they only had valet parking and that would be an additional $300-$400, and all they did was park your car in a pay to park lot around the corner. I will be seeking legal action. Ruined a whole vacation. Be wary of this location.

We stayed in the 2bd 2ba queen suite, and let just say the pictures on here IS NOT what the room nor property look like. The carpet leading up to the room and inside the room need to be cleaned! The room had a odor, coming from the carpet. However, once the air was turned on the odor calmed. The shower had what looked like mold possibly, could’ve been chipped paint. This property could use some MAJOR DEEP CLEANING AND UPGRADES.

Everything was nice The food was good but with the sausage and Patties could be better. The parking, if I’m staying at your hotel why do you have to pay for parking that’s to much parking should be free to the guest.
