I love the courtyard and the cleanliness and space of the rooms. I would love if there was just a bit of extra something….evening cornbread, drinks, or a menu of local restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish there was free parking available at the property, and we knew in advance, but I guess most hotels you had to pay to park. overall, it was a nice stay.

Great place to stay for a quick 3 day stay in the warehouse arts district. Especially if you are planning to visit the WW2 museum. Minutes to walk there, as well as to the stop for picking up the St Charles streetcar line.

The elevator was so dirty. Young people were everywhere at 2am in the lobby. The hotel needs maintenance and a deep clean. I thank GOD I only needed to be there one night

I liked the breakfast buffet, the computer availability-ended up having last minute work tasks to complete, I was able to print important docs without a problem and at no extra charge. Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. The business center area was quiet for great concentration. I dropped my credit card and it was returned to me immediately. Very impressed!

Friendly and helpful staff, pool was nice, breakfast was good. Location was quiet but close enough to everything. They were nice enough to hold our bags for no fee after we checked out since we had a late flight.

The hotel manager is always very pleasant. I’ve stayed several times in the welcoming of the hotel. It’s always the same. I would recommend 10 out of 10.

The rooms were wonderful, the desk staff was amazing and over the top for service, help with transportation and just plain nice. The staff smiled and said hello, all of them. Breakfast was great and the selection was perfect. Thanks. Couldn't stay longer.

Paper/plastic for breakfast and no recycling. Garbage cans were not lined with bags in the room, though they were provided.

If you decide to park on your own beware, all parking is pay by the hour starting at about $25 in the public parking.
