The room, lobby and dinning areas were clean. It was very quiet in the hallway. Staff was helpful and professional. Only issue was parking. The hotel charges $47 for valet parking but parks the cars in a gated 24 hr.lot on the corner. I self parked in the same lot for $22.00. Hmmm!

I liked my stay although after checking into my room I noticed my carpet wasn't vacuumed well and there was a stain on my bed spread I decided to change the bed my myself and was given fresh linens with no problem the mattress was also waaaaayyyy more firm then I would've liked it was quiet and located in a prime location right in the middle of everything.

They offered a long-stay discount, and I found it a great place to stay for 5 nights, especially at the price. It was reasonably quiet at night; I much appreciated the cooking facilities and dishwasher in the apartment, and the personnel were very friendly and helpful. An issue was that the room was fixed straight away. The breakfast is above average, with a good amount of choices. The room also had a decent-sized desk for work.

My family and I stayed here over the summer and it was so nice and especially affordable! The breakfast included is one of the BEST free breakfasts I've ever had!!! The staff were wonderful especially Christian who put together a little gift basket for my husband's birthday and answered all our questions. It was a perfect distance of a walk to all the hot attractions. The pool and surrounding area was relaxing. Best price for a 2 bedroom suite. We would definitely stay here again if we visit again.

Staff The room had an odor

Location was ok but further out from the main touristy bits than hotels like the Sheraton or Hilton garden (about 7-8 min walk to these locations). The room was clean enough but could do with updating. The food at breakfast was nice, but an odd arrangement compared to other hotels. The coffee machine in the room was nice. Reception staff were friendly enough. The actual character of the building was nice and could be really chic if done well (but isn’t currently). The breakfast set up was strange and the breakfast staff were not particularly friendly to tourists, but seemed very relaxed and pleasant with locals. The room was clean but shabby and there were a number of broken things: a cupboard door handle wasn’t screwed on properly, the shower knobs were coming off the wall and the outlet for the WiFi was also coming off the wall. The WiFi went off after a day and didn’t come back on. The double beds were very small. The pool area needs more loungers and parasols. In the evening there were groups of younger adults around the tennis court / pool / bbq area monopolizing the space and smoking weed, making it unusable for anyone else. We didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room so we made-do, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beautiful courtyard! My grandchildren especially loved the pool and pickle ball court. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of items to choose from. Very relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay there again!
