Great experience

Loved made to order omelette, would like turkey bacon along with the turkey sausage, the turkey sausage links weren’t done enough, the staff were very professional and helpful. Loved their happy hour with the complimentary drink.

I always have an amazing stay!

When we arrived the staff checked us in and someone and their belongings was in the room. Went back to check in and was told they didn’t have a room for us. Went booked and paid in full for a 2 night stay in January. Staff was very rude cussed at us because we were upset. We had to scrambled for another hotel on not any notice. Our other relatives who booked months after us got their rooms. I really don’t understand why we were turned away when we paid in full back in January. Other people were coming in and receiving their rooms. The staff was VERY RUDE!!!!

The air in our first room was completely out so they were able to move us to another room the same size and the air in that room didn’t get below 74 the whole weekend. It was last weekend of June and miserably hot outside so our stay was less than comfortable. Come to find out the hotel was having trouble with their HVAC. I would have liked a refund and would have moved to another hotel.

Hope reeked of marijuana and made it extremely unpleasant. Door to room broken as well as bathtub. Hallways extremely warm and room AC couldn’t keep room colder than 78. Checked out due to issues and told manager that could help us wasn’t there. Left hotel 2 hours after checking in. Embassy refuses to do any type of refund.

Loved the staff. The property itself is poorly maintained. Water leaks, mold and mildew were seen throughout. Breakfast was subpar from other Embassy Suites I’ve enjoyed. Not many options that were tasty.

Some of the staff was not friendly nor attentive. The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Issues with TV. Had to ask for new remote. Hotel seems could use a retouch. Carpet area smelled. They only offered Valet parking even though they did have garage parking customers could use. Took long to get our vehicle back. Breakfast was good, though.

Very nice staff and very clean. The only problem was on Sunday morning of check out they only had one valet person and there were so many people checking out so we waited like 30-45mins on the car.
-
We had double but was only able to get king bed suite when we arrived. The hallway had a foul odor. However, the inside of the room was clean. The breakfast was tasty.

Not impressed have stayed at many and this by far was the worst one but was an overall okay stay. Wouldn’t stay again though.

Great

Also the rooms get very warm during the day because their AC's are old. Our room was 78 degrees despite having it set at 63 degrees. At night the coolest it got was 73 degrees. Had to sleep without the covers and felt sticky the first night, the next day we went and bought a fan for our room . Also there was visible black mold and dripping water from the AC units in the hotel lobby/ dining area.

Convenient location, clean, friendly staff, great breakfast!

I’m always a fan of Embassy Suites. Every city, every state I visit that has an Embassy Suites it is always my first choice. Clean, quiet, comfortable, always enjoy the bar and every morning when I wake the prepare me one of the best omelettes. All of that at an affordable rate. Haven’t visited one yet that has disappointed me. From ATL to NOLA to LAX they all were great!

Everything was 5 star service, A great stay.

Decent space and near convention center. Pool was kind of small and breakfast was okay but gets old after a few days in a row. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.
