I like how comfortable the bed was and breakfast of course. I loved all the amenities that came with the room. Thank you to the entire staff that made my stay so wonderful! The pool was my favorite.

The lobby looks nice, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location is great. Not too far from The rooms need updating. We had a king suite, the bathroom space is terrible, it’s barely enough room for one person. No counter space, and the doors stick, so you have to slam the door just to close it. However it was a lot of wasted space in the living room.

Its location. The room smelled, the furniture was damaged and old, we had to keep asking for extra towels (we had 3 ppl and the housekeeping would only leave 1 set of towels), the food was subpar and when you go to scoop some of the dried cranberries for your oatmeal, a swarm of fruit flies would rise out of the bowl. I haven’t stayed at an Embassy Suites in probably 2 decades, but I remember it being good quality, excellent service, and great for traveling families. I’m not sure if it’s the brand that has gone down or just this location. Nevertheless, I will never be back!

The staff & manager Marvin were very helpful. The hotel is about 20 min. walk from French Quarter & in a very quiet area. Great for sleeping. No sirens or loud music to keep you awake. The hop on&off bus, has a stop 5 min. walk at next corner. River Front Mall 1 block away, as is the riverfront trolley. Very convenient location.

AC was leaking everywhere from condensation. Breakfast was bland and turkey sausage was gross

Convenient location. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Door on balcony had a hard time locking. Valet took too long to get vehicles. The guy at check in was trying to charge my debit card for $400 for a damage deposit several times. He kept saying my card was declining which it was not! My bank caught the charges and immediately blocked them. Another girl checked me and everything went through fine. He needs to be stopped from trying to steal money from people!!
