When we arrived, our first room wasn’t the cleanest, so we moved to another room that was a bit smaller. Also, there were issues with valet parking, so we parked elsewhere but paid the same price we would have for valet parking. Since we were there for Essence, the hotel was super convenient in location- a walk from the convention center and a few mins from the Superdome. In addition, the hotel food was 10/10! Altogether, we were pleased even with the few hiccups we experienced.

For visitors to NOLA, we loved everything about the hotel. Friendly staff & everyone was so very helpful. Great food & drinks. We also appreciated our rooms being cleaned in a timely manner. Thanks for everything!!!

Old towels, stained carpets, broken door knobs. Hotel staff was very police and helpful.

The property was clean the room required us to walk up 5 steps and back down again to reach our room. Okay for the young, but was a struggle for the elderly.

The room was very clean & did not have any signs of wear or tear! The staff was very friendly, polite & personable! I loved the gator bites & the drink of the day at the bar. Valet was very slow to grab my car the wait was 15 to 20 minutes long but hey !
